Hi, very this one the many you had to come with, one thing I would like to see as feature as a nice to have is a blue...red...and orange lights flashing across the screen as it browse to connect. I am currently using S700i and still feel its better looking than the rest.

Jeff .. the sound quality must be excellent !! because P900 olei the best .. i cant imagine how's the P990i will be ... cant wait to get the phone ..

how fantastic is this phone going to be!I have a p900 and a k750i and this phone incorperates the best features of both those phones.Any one know when its going to be released?

I love it ! i notice that some people think that the screen of the P990 is SMALLER than the P910's. It is not true ! imagin that you have a 19 inch screen and you have it at 640 x 480 resolution . and you have a 17 inch screen and you have it at 1024 x 768 resolution ! Whitch of the 2 screens is bigger ? That's for thoose who want to find a bad thing about this new SE UIQ smart phone.

If Sony Ericsson was installing the 2MP camera on their P910i they would probably have had one of the BEST phones in the market. Don’t like keyboard on the unit. It was perfect where it was, and a bigger screen.

thats it! im gonna sell my Nokia 6630! before i used to have the P800 and then i sold it cause it has a poor image quality then i bought the P910i and once again the image quality is... lets say "errr..." you guys know what i mean... so now oh my god they have this 2MP P990?! all i can say is... WOW... i bow to you Sony Ericsson Peeps! i'll definitely buy this when it comes out!

My brother and I have a P900 & P910. I LOVE the P900 and chose not to move up to the 910 because the 910 had a lousy numeric keypad. I see that in the P990 SE has decided to bring the P900 style numeric keypad instead of the P910 type.
They seem to have done the WORST disservice to users by moving the P910's keyboard from the inside flip portion onto the screen area, reducing significantly the beauty and usability of the screen, compared to the P900, on which I can literally view full web pages on Opera.
The P900 and 910 had PATHETIC cameras so this P990's camera enhancement is good, but still not enough to make me leave my P900. Yes, WiFI is useful, but I already have that on my Nokia 9500 Communicator.
I HATE Nokia as a designer of low performing CPU based phones, but for keyboard, decent camera and WiFi the 9500 is more than enough.
If you intend to spend $1200 on the P990, be VERY sure you are using it for LOTS and LOTS of WiFi based TYPING applications, otherwise the smaller screen makes it much less usable (at least to me) than the P900.

Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is the phone that will set the standard for all future PDA smart phones, it has EVERYTHING except for a TV output and GPS which will make every other PDA phones a joke. SE leads by example!

I have decided to buy P990 over W900, both have 2mp camera and 3G but P990 is a Symbian Smartphone and it have WiFi !!!

Really cool phone....but how much it will cost for a cool phone like this? it will cost a lot
