why is that every time i use the business card scanner, either i capture a picture or browse for existing picture, it all end up blurred, and if i continue to process it, it says that its failed. anyone knows what's happening? thanks in advance. you can email me at gjrg05@yahoo.com or send a reply here at gsm arena. thanks a lot.

i`m having problems with mine. right now, my key pad s not working i dont no what the problem is. first i thought it was a vrus but now y`m confussed.
seconly, how can i format the phone memory alone.

ei guyz thank you so much for the infos.actually i was able to figure out how to use the memory card.im sorry im still adjusting.and my touch screen is now working properly as well after pen calibration.now my phone is perfectly working.im so happy with my phone.but battery is really my problem.i just bought a spare bat.it cost 300 pesos only.original bat cost 2t at sm centerpoint.i bought my class A bat in sta.lucia.thank you guyz again

please do not deal with people who live in Nigeria. I got misled one time. i lost most 1 thousand. They usually ask you to send money by Western Union or moneygram. Then they said just give them the "MONEY CONTROL NUMBER", then your money's gone.
2. They say you need to send more money because they just make a mistake that ship too many items.
Never deal with them, if you don't want to lose money.

The touchscreen on my phone has stopped responding, now i have to use the buttons for all functions. this is often too cumbersome. I dont know if this is a software or hardware problem. Appreciate if anyone please help me out. Thanks

Can any one help. My phone keep scrulling up down whenever i am using d side volume wheel. What is d problem. Doing dis, makes me grow mad,feeling splashing d phone on floor. Though is d best phone ever had.
