anyone knows how to move text messages from P990 to other phone like sonyericsson T650??? i got over 600 text messages stored in my P990 and can not find a way to move them to my new phone, if anyone can help, please please mail me to armenpb@yahoo.com, thx

of coruse it does, at very decent quality(1300kbps, 25fps, 320x240)

@SHaKeel - Do you have any idea if SE is still going to release a possible P990i successor? Rumors are spreading from different site that P5i is to be announced by SE shortly or in a weeks time. It's a bit frustrating if SE is no longer continue its original smartphones P-series as I find these models very executive-looking device. Anyway, we'll see when it comes out the rumoured SE P5i how it looks like as it said to be armed with a 5MP camera, 16M colours 2.8" touchscreen, 30fps video recording, etc, etc, etc.

P1i Vs P990i Vs P910i
P1i and P990i have same Operating System So there is lot of Problem r same in Both
So u Can say P1i Vs P910i
Expect of Camera and Fm Radio
P990i is Out Of Competition Because of very poor and Low Ram Memory and Poor Display under in direct Sunlight
Contacts
We cant add more then 24 ya 26 number (Fields) in each contact and we cant write Alpha Numric in Numeric Field
This Feature is avail in P910i
We cant write Unlimited like P910i in Notes field of Contacts
Call Logs And Calls About
If u have saved any number from call log (Example) if some one calling u from Any Unknown Number and after attending that call its Show the Message Add to Contacts and u added that after adding in Contacts There is No Option For Show The Contact as u have Added this Feature is avail in Previous All P-Series
Call log is Not Unlimited 450 Call Entries it can Save
There is no option undo delete entry
There is no option to Record the Phone Conersatoin
Messages
U cant write unlimited like all Previous P-Series Very Bad Thing in P990 and also in P1i u cant write more then 28 Messages as i have in P910i Valentin's Day History that was Sent By One of My Friend
and its Up to 50 messages P990i and P1i both r unable to open it
Delivery Status after sending message Only for Once it shows the time when the message have sent if again u want to check when the message have sent u cant check time it only shows Messge Sent Successfully
We cant Move the Sent Messages to anyother desire Folder but this thing is avail in P910i
Notes
Same Bad thing as i told u about Messages close all the Messages or Notes without Irforming Us and Without Saving any Letter
We cant write Unlimited in Notes and in Messages
.txt File
P1i not open the file size more then 70 to 90 ya Over 100 Kb file Size this Bugg is also reported in P990i
We cant create unlimited .txt File
P910i can open the 1Mb file size easily
Media
Music Updation is very very slow its Taking 3 to 4min for update the Music Files
There is manual settings
Web
We cant copy paste the text as much as we want

P990 always have a problem with the lid attached... so far i never use with the lid attached.. try it and you will love it more without lid.. cheers...

If you have a problem viewing your photo after taking, you should send back to repairs.. its your camera lens got problem liao

i m using this phone since a yera now..i bought it from UK for abt £400...it s the waste ever phone i saw till now..i dont recoommend any of u 2 buy this phone..i recently bought w580i which is good...dnt buy p990i..it very slow..often it gets frozen

here's my problem..
if you have taken a shot form my phone (p990i) then you want to view it, the picture has a problem.. there's this line that almost ruin the whole picture and always appearing in every picture that i took.. does anybody here have an idea to fix it?

wow thanks for the fast reply, anyway, uh, i also wanna ask if i can use screen protector for my p990i, if i do would it be harder to use the touch screen? (coz i removed the flip, i dont use the numeric keypad)
screen protector- the transparent plastic thingy you stick on the screen only
