i like flip type model.but memory only 5mb.
Cost is very very high.so i feel not worthable that cost.i can not support this model.

Is the external display only used for radio or does it work for viewing other info as well (time, who's calling you etc.) beyond that?
Would really appreciate if someone could confirm that :)

lol. its quite funny. 5mb..put one song inside the phone n the phone is officially full. why cant more space be provided? at least a 20mb?5mb is way too pathetic..

I had this phone for a week, but eventually had to have it replaced. The reception of it's AM radio was extremely poor in spite of that awfully large headset/antenna contraption. In spite of it's having "stereo speakers" the sound was also way below average. The K530i I exchanged it with sounded way much better. The R300 with it's large speaker probably sounds better. But the real deal breaker was in sending SMS. The phone would inexplicably hang then quit working on occasion during the sending of SMS. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the R306. Maybe I had a defective unit, who knows? One thing's for sure, I am not recommending this phone. Best stay away, get an R300 or something else instead.
