hi people i got this phone and it nice phone until my slide got broken then i got SE k550i and it great phone with txting calling internet and keypad is strong phone is solid also similar phones to this are k530, k700 is great other than all of them this one look the best

This fone is simply amazingg!!
Ive had myn for a year & 8 months;
& Nuthin atall has seemed 2 break or cause me a problem!
I recomend dis 2 evry1!

Good phone! I used it about 4 months before I accidentally dropped it about 6 feet into water. Stopped working, so I bought a K660i, and one day four months later, I decided to try my S500i again! Well, the camera doesn't work now but everything else is miraculously fine. :)
My only complaints: The MP3 application feels really cheap, and the camera quality is inconsistent--usually good but sometimes disappointing.

this phone has nice design but after 6-7 months my phone got broken because it won't receive any messages and the camera is not that good and the mp3 too.

i bought this model few days ago. my first day with this phone is awful. it has display problem net browsing problem.........
if i suggest someone to buy any cell then i'll oppose to buy this cell directly.

I like this phone, very pretty, loverly screen, nice loud speaker to play MP3's, good for viewing the internet. Bad things about this phone are the fact I have had it 6 months and had a new keypad (the keys didnt actually snap, the # just stopped working, the original keys were solid), the top keypad packed in, the charging port packed in and the battery was crap but other than that its a nice phone, im sure sony ericssion will fix the problems eventually.

yes..the keypad damn suck!!i buy it at very expensive price but it is usless..wt tha use if it look nice but not functioning properly..really wasting my money!!

Do not buy this phone! The build quality is awful and mine packed up completely after 28 days new. The keys crack easily and even fall out. It is really a shoddy piece of equipment. Buy it and you will soon regret it. Very poor.

This phone is not good at all i have used this phone for abut 3 days ...the keypad has cracked up and phone freezes...and sometimes you just have to hard reboot the phone cause it just stands non-responsive worst phone i have actually seen.... for all who say its good plz come back and and reply about yr keypad cracking...duno if they made the keypad with micro thin plastic ...2 / 10 is my score
