3rd time my keys have cracked ill have to take it 4 repair again steer clear its awful

the keypads crack in half but is still in the pad. doesnt affect anything, just looks bad. This phone is a disater. man i bought it thinking it was good. it was very good at the start, then the keypad just started to break. my front body fell off and now i dont buy SE anymore

S-E is making fun of the customers. The quality goes down and down. I have this phone and it's a nightmare. It looks good but that's all it's good about it. It failed to start, repaired under waranty. Now is working by itselft, cting like I'm pushing the keypads all the time.
don't buy.

W580i also the same problem with S500i, keypad easily get broken.im juz using 1 month, the keypad broken.my friend using W580i, keypad also broken.so,i suggest not to buy S500i or W580i..

emm, this phone not good coz my keypad broken and didnt hve warranty for this..the fuction quite good, just the keypad not good enough..

So i have heard that they changed the keypads after jan 08 so has anyone bought the phone after that time and still had problems with it???? i really like it and i loved my old phone but it died on me so i am forced to buy a new one which i really dont want to do

Only had it for 3 months, warranty not guaranteed out of GUAM USA, LCD screen is not working, after just ignoring a call! Needs better service/warranty area!

this phone is great..my phone keypad has not cracked. The camera is good too. i♥it. and s500 and s500i are the same. If u thinking of getting it..GET IT. Its and awesome phone for a cheap price.

i personaly like my fone but its not very good..
buttons cracked and the fone wont even come on now i liked it before but they need a better fone bc i want a fone that i dont have to worry about when i need to use it..
this fone sucks dont get it

I love this phone! Just be gentle with it and u shouldnt have any problems. The camera on my phone works well and the screen has nice colour and brightness!! The phone is awsome.

oh my gosh, i have had 3 of these phones which have all been faulty- the sound just goes on it. The speakers stop working, cant hear people on it and they cant hear me, the alarm doesnt sound. The buttons stick. its such a shame as its a lovely lovely phone but my gosh what a let down. Looks arent everything!!! sorry but do not get this phone if you like reliability.
