Does anyone use this phone on t mobile? Im wondering why i get picture messages and they dont take up the whole screen where as my old blackberry through t mo when i got picture messages they filled the whole screen

This phone is AWFULL!!!
after a week out of the box the backlight on the screen broke
and the keypad has cracked!!!!!!!
this phone is a BIG NO NO!!
and is a nightmare to text on i might add
.
May look good, but there are big issues with this phone that sony ericsson may wanna fix!

YAY! the cracked key problem is gone on current models!. a guy said that the current "batch" the keys are made of hard rubber and will not crack.
That is the news and new models shouldn't crack.

Does anyone know why it doesnt say how many messages you have total in your inbox, or how you know when its full? I got some texts this morning and now theyre not in my inbox?

well dude it depends in how you use your mobile phone specially this one bec. the keypad of this phone is made out of plastic and if you seldomly press the button too hard it gets cracks!!! but this phone is great...

does this phone really support AAC music files? bcoz when I receive a music file in AAC format via blutooth.. it goes to directly to 'Other' folder.. it seems that it dont recognize it as a music file.. it becomes an unknown file format.. please help..

i soo much like the design of this fone... bt i see that many r not satisfied with it..especially the key pad's..
please please can any1 explain what does key crack actually means???
and is cybershot a better option??

i am very confused here
i am thinking of buying this phone but i dont no whether 2 trust the keypad
ppl say it cracks and ppl say it doesn't crack
so can anybody help me with this problem?

my keys are also cracked ive had this phone for 8 months and i text a lot but i think it happens to all the s 500's and my camera does not work anymore . software malfunctions

bought myself the s500 6 months ago (contrast copper) and so far i havn't had any problems. i text a lot and still my keys havn't cracked... and i hope not either.

Well,, My keys have cracked but it dunt botherr me cuz it dunt affect the working off it but my screen

I have this phone for about 5 months now and it is very disappointing. About 3 months into having this phone, I noticed there were little teeny tiny crack lines on the key pad!! The phone looks great and the graphics are fun, but this is not a practical phone!

I hate this phone as well i bought it in November of '07 it is now April of '09 I regret getting this phone because it has faulty wiring where the mouth piece is and it drops calls like no tomorrow.

my keypads did crack too but other than that it's working perfectly fine. love this phone lots.

what happened to sony ericsson?? i used nokia, samsung, motorola phones before they were all gr8, so this time i decided to get a SE phone for a change and saw d s500, thought it would be good too but NO!!!!! honestly, this phone looks good but it's got bad qualitys. the speaker stops working and it's really slow, when you slide it up, it takes 2 seconds to respond. my keepad has not cracked yet but is expecting to(like everyone said). never get a SE phone again!!
