i love the design, the colour and the functions. But why are the keypads cracked? only in 1 day, my keypad cracked in half, followed by one each day. now all my keypads are cracked.

This is a stunning phone, I have no problems with the keypad, it doesn't 'creak' and the battery has been great... I have had this for over a week and played constantly with it!I got a 2GB M2 card off e-bay for under £20 too! connect the phone in 'Phone Mode' and you see it listed as a removable HDD (File Manager)then you can bypass the awful Disc to Phone SW using Drag n Drop to transfer music etc.. I love this phone!

this phone is nowhere a lady phone it has been designed with the earth and green in mind.this is to remind us that we want all the new and modern stuff but we have to remember that it comes at a cost to the ozone.EXPLAINATION GIVEN BUY SONY ERICSSON JAPAN.
people who hate SE just go and buy your stuff and let people who like them know the truth.which other company gives you better sound quality and reliable firmware?name one without liying.

this phone is fantastic-the only crackling noise i hear is the plastic cover at the back and that's normal.
FOR THOSE WHO NOTICED THAT THEIR BATTERY is running out too quick just turn down your brightness to 50% and it will run for 3 days with excessive use.it works for me even when i'm using the music player.

when i first saw this phone on net, i was crazy to get it, but now i have a doubt buying it coz most people talking about the creaking numbers of keypad. IS this really TRUE?, pls i want more comments from users.

hi, i have seen that a lot of people has said that their keypad cracked, so i was wondering if this was really true or just rumors people are starting? thanks a lot, ur help is really appreciated!

i think the phone real nice and quite much to offer but i was expecting 3G at the same time. it look so ladylike and it did attract me to view it over and over again.

OK, my sister JUST go the phone today, and its pretty nice. The interchanging themes are really cool as they change with the season, and time of day. Included in the box are the headphones, cd/manual, usb cable, charger (w. adapter), and the phone. Also theres a light on each side that changes colour and is pretty neat aswell. Another interesting feature is that the phone has a short vibrate pulse when moving within the menu. The only feature about the phone that is not that great is the fact that finding a 2gb memory card (M2) is quite difficult, and the software needed to transfer songs to phone doesnt help either. I would prefer the "drag and drop/plug and play" but w.e...I guess all knewer phones include software. All in all, its a very SLEEK and ELEGANT phone, with great S.E features. A 9/10 on my scale =)

I was gonna get this phone but a lot of people have been saying that there is something wrong with the keypads and they tend to fall off...for people who actually have the phone, can they please tell me if that has happened to them?!

@ Ava: Well, from what we see on the information, there is no such color for this phone design. And also on the Sony Ericssion site, it does not list a purple color as well. It only has Spring Yellow and Mysterious Green.

I also I'm able to get this phone, later on. And I hope this phone will get cheaper. Haha!

i just got this phone today and 3 hours later the down buttom starts creaking! nothinig else is creaking except that damn bottom bottom and it's annoying the hell out of me. i got it unlocked so i'm pretty sure i can't send it back for repairs to sony ericsson. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO STOP THE CREAKING???

i've had this phone for 2 weeks and theres a crack down the middle of my number 6 button and theres one about to appear on the number 2. i was so disappointed when i saw this. i wanna buy a new phone now TT^TT

Good phone. The plastic material used is better than samsung and nokia phones.
The back of the phone is made out of rubbery material for grip.

the phone will work with US ATT (which I have too). I've used many unlocked foreign ericssons in the past; att uses an 850 band for calls, and edge for most data. there's only about a 50% chance that they will be able to make multimedia messages work, but calls and internet should be fine.
