i love this phone sooo much. i want to get it but i dont like how its a little heavier than other phones. could someone tell me if the phone is worth it. thx if someone does.

I actually bought the S700i already. Despite being an expensive phone in it's class, it's pretty much worth it after all. The functions and rather user friendly, graphics are good, the sound is nice, clear and sharp etc... HOWEVER, there's only 2 problems. 1. U have to turn the phone in order to write sms and 2. A bit heavy and bulky. Other than this, the other features and functions are simply unbeatable in its class. If having to turn the turning the phone to write sms and heavy is not the issue to u, then I would say that this is the phone that u are looking for. Expensive a bit but it's worth it. I speak as a user of S700i.

this phonr is really nice but a touch too expensive its even more expensive than the p -900 does have a nice cam though pro'lally the best at the moment its almost as expensive as the p910 if ur having any confusions between s700 or p900 u shud go for p900 cuz if u wanna take pics u can take snaps with ur digi cam but the p900 is an alrounder phone gives u everythin' if u want a nice cam for a much more reasonable price go for 7610 then it also has features a m cam and comes for a much cheaper price (atleast where i come from)but the p-900 come out the winner and if u have enough money dont get confused between s-700 or p-900 just go for the p-900.p910 is only a fraction better than p-900.but costs u a hell lot more!

iv had this fone and a noka 3230 (both 1.3 mp cam) and this fone kicks the nokias ars in every way

The good: 256k 240x320 resolution, 1.3MP camera, MP3 & FM radio.
The bad: no touch screen, undefined video recording time + poor resolution(video) and featureless (for application softwares)

Ahem..........The time limit of the Video recording depends on the Memory card that yur using in the phone for example a 65mb mem card will record up to 1 hr, but if its for MMS thus there would be a limit =) .(depend on your service provider)

Look, here is the deal. If you need to View PDF's, Exel and word documents. Then buy the P910i. If you don't and you want a great phone with great camera, screen, Mp3 player, FM Radio, awesome 3d games. Then buy the S700/i.
Stop putting both phones down, they are both awesome for differn't reasons.
I used to own a P900 which is a great phone BUT I found that after a couple months I stopped using all the extra stuff like Word and Exel viewers because it was too damn expensive to download them via email and I didn't need them. I was also annoying me that to do alot of things I wanted to do I had to use the stylus and touch screen. It was just too much. So that's why I replaced it with the S700i.
BUT if you need those feature (I mean if you will use them all the time) it is worth it to get the P910i.
BUT don't go bagging the S700i just because it doesn't have symbian. Symbian is great, but if you don't need it then go for the S700i.
Also the differance between the S700 and S700i is they are for differn't countries.
And the S700i does have a FM Radio.

Hey zyrex2112, are you sure or not the video recording time can exceed more than 2 mins!!!! you must be from SE personnel and pls don't tried to fools every one here. The useless softwares you installed for what??? for symbian phone can install hundred or thousand kind of softwares much-much better than the softwares you currently installed!!!!!
