i suggest gettin this phone for the price ive had it for about 3 months and i love it greatest invenstment ive made it is kinda slow loading but u eventually get used to it
other than that i think its the best alround phone made latly

The max memory card you can use is the biggest Memory Stick Duo card, that is a DUO (not PRO Duo, just Duo). I have seen some 256mb cards and I heard from someone that have 512mb Memory Stick Duo cards.

Seriously, bottom line... i live in America and the w600 is coming out soon. im having trouble trying to decide which phone is better. This phone or the w600.

I have read that there is a limit on the size of memory card that you can put in it, is this true? This is realted to another question, has anyone tried watching a movie on tv show since I have also read that you can watch videos that are downloaded? I assume that you can put on your memory card from your computer. This is somewhat like that what you can do on the Sony PSP, has anyone tried any of that?

I heard it was being replaced by another version that is smaller. I just picked it up anyway. I like the size and weight. Just like the size of my phones in Japan! Perfect size!

i like the phone its been great but how the hell to i get my 128mb pro duo memory stick to work with my phone? i tried formatting it but it wont work, and whenever i put the 128 memory stick it keep telling me theres an error. Somone please help this is making me frustrated!!!!!!

Is there an airline mode on the S710 that disables the phone while allowing the other functions to work? If so, how is it accessed? Thanks.

In response to the guy that said it's annoying to have extensions (or any other number entered while in a call) remain on the screen after the call so that you have to hit the 'back' button to get to the main screen: that's a small price to pay for being able to jot down numbers (and later save them if you like) during a call.
Another thing that I've found to be very convenient with this phone is the ability to get back to the main menu and navigate around while in a call. I know with other phones we've all been in a call and had to end it so we could look up a number in the phonebook and then call the person back. It's little features like that, that you don't really notice right away, that I love about this phone.

Some I have tested a memory stick over 128, because the manual says that does not function with MagicGate, and the memory that comes from 32 is with MagicGate, I explain me?

if ur not satisfied with the memory go buy another memory stick do if u want more memory

Sony Ericsson S710 is a very nice phone. The people that says you can only take 10 second Videos are wrong. You have to go to setting and set it to Normal instead of Messaging. I had my 710 for almost a year now.

Hey to the guy who said you can only take video for 10 seconds. You can change that in someway because my friend took about a 30 minute video of a mike jones concert, just to let you know.

Chris get the 710 over the razr it may b nice but the 710 has much more killer features

the vedio recording is only for 10 seconds... i find that the only drawback in the awesome phone!!!!!
