Alexander, 05 Feb 2010huh what u mean? what's policy u taking? i'm from malaysiaThe exchange policy means that it is your right to exchange the handset as long as it is Faulty, with Vodafone UK for example you can exchange it for a brand new handset of the same make & module as long as it is within the fist 28days

This is an update on my previous comments under the below subject
Satio (Idou or Idiot)
I bought Satio one week ago and day after day I realized that it is a Stupid Mobile Phone and it is far away from the smartness!!! It is rigid and doesn't have the basic features that are available in the other SE phones because right from the beginning I am SE fan and never changed SE with any other brand but after buying Satio I really disappointed.....
Till date I found many disadvantages that are basics in other Mobiles like my SE K850i which I think will go back to it!!!
1. No scroll view for the photos under File Manager!!!
2. You can’t play next track by clicking on next button under File Manager!!! The strange is that the next button there but you can’t use it.
3. Difficult to create Playlist especially if you have many tracks as there is no link between Media and File Manager.
4. All calls icons under “Log” are the same and the rejected calls listed under “Received” I/O “Missed calls”. Also there is no list for all calls!!
5. There is no “Phone Status” to show you the Battery life, Alarm, Memory etc.
6.Separate Delivery reports Folder and not within the Sent Items Folder.
7. Adding Photo to contact not flexible, if add within the contacts you will have all photos to select from and if you have thousands of Photos??? And if you add from the File Manager you can’t view the photo but the photo’s name!!
8. Same thing if you will add Ringtone to Contact!!
9. Time is delaying!!!
10. If you received a message from not saved number and then if you save it, the message will not reflect the number’s name!!!
I will continue reporting all the disadvantages whenever found.....

That is obviously a problem with the phone. Mine does not do it, & im sure many others will not do it either.

If look at the big scores on this site in hits and votes they are the nokia 5800 n97 n97 mini ,,se satio and samsung omnia hd..What i am on about is they all run the symbian 5th edition and there are lots of people who hate symbian yet its caused the biggest surge in interest over the past year..Its still really early but its been very successful so far and kept me interested altho not a touchscreen fan..Just wanted to share this info,,feres to symbian.

Still finding this software not as easy as the 5800,as with music you could edit track details in the music player on the 5800 an Satio you do not seem to be able to,unable to download themes yet on the Satio as you could easily download them on the 5800,also the speakers you can edit the Equaliser to Pop,Rock or the one you prefer on the 5800 but not on the Satio,still happy with the Satio up to now

ramin, 04 Feb 2010if you dont update your phone software yes this is normal b... more4 days is really long for a smartphone like this, compared to others. Perhaps a Nokia E71 makes it that long, but a lot of other phones (like iPhone or Android phones) only last 1-2 days. Don't forget the Satio has a big 16M colour screen that drains the battery. The battery isn't big but it works pretty long for it's size imo.

This is more than 2 month and recently I hack my phone and put some serious software to the phone and then this 2 days the touchscreen acting funny and untill to the point i cant use the touchscreen.so I install the firmware update again and delete all the file on memory card and try install all those programm one by one Now the situation the moving cursor [Right arrow above backspace button] is the only problem I have it kinda mix up the function with backspace button..and I got an conclusion that one of the gps software [Gmxt] didnt work well with satio.which is strange that before this work but I have to let it go cause the problem.I wonder if the service centre can fix this

but if you update your phone to latest firmware like me then this is not normal and your battery should last about 6 or 7 days

Hi everyone, is it normal that my Satio Battery doesn't last more than 4 days? That is without using the Camera, brightness is 50% and the talking time never exceeded 15min a day, Please advice, I had it for less than a week.

oddy, 04 Feb 2010tx for your answer..can i plug in headset W series into sat... moreOddy I use the W810 music headset on all my SE's, but I can't find it anywhere now :( Anyway, all the headsets with the SE port are working, including the mic. And nothing beats the in ear headphone sound :)
