Anonymous, 25 Nov 2009My satio never freezes at all theres prob something wrong w... moreIt did freeze on me when my satio is new but after my mobile company set up my 3g it never freeze until now I was so worried at first but now Im so happy it was running smoothly, fast wifi connection and the browser, still buggy yeah but Im fine with it it's quite normal with new phone. but update soon will be great

another hi end SE phone : Sony Ericsson Aino also recalled from retailers,,due to buggy problems

moleman, 26 Nov 2009It is true that the Satio is being pulled, just been told b... moreyes...i've called 02,,they told me that satio has serious software problems...no signal,freezing when make a call etc..(according to satio 02 users)
O2 cantacted to SE while SE recalled satio immediatelly...
SE find some crash between nokia symbian OS v5 kernel with Sony Ericsson styled plug-ins like media ui,etc...
02 has no suggest "buy it or not" but lot of phone retailer like CPW,P4U suggest do not buy satio b'coz of a lot of user complaints

Anonymous, 26 Nov 2009how is the sound quality of the phone ? ? ? Sony Ericsson ... morewithout a doubt it's the w995. The reason for that is actually quite simple. W995 features clear audio experience while satio doesn't. On top of that, from what I heard, Satio's music isn't at all that crisp when compared to the W995.

It is true that the Satio is being pulled, just been told by O2 rep that there are too many problems and returns with the phone... in UK
There may be a re-release in the future BUT ....
He did recommend NOT to buy the phone!
Im puzzled which phone to purchase now???

T-Mobile said they pulled it because it has too many faults. Slow, freezing etc.

I think he means that most problems come from carriers/networks own software/firmware... so it's true; mobile comes from factory with specific and appropriated firmware and networks after locking put their own, which the only thing that can make to you phone (besides the obvious intention of promote their own services) is to raise the probability of your phone give you problems...

I got a Vodafone silver Satio 2 days ago and it hasnt skipped a beat yet. Made phone calls, messages, used internet, installed an application or 2. It's a great phone, not perfect though. Camera is excellent!

I've got mine from SG, so far no issues. Works like a breeze. Even better than my N97 mini which crashes very often.
My only dissapointment is the lack of applications but this will grow eventually over time. Excellent camera and superb features and built quality. I guess the ones in Asia are looking good :)
