I love Sony, becoz they do their own way. Like.no.other. Sony is not follower but Sony is a trendsetter. Sony made their own memory Stick (M2) while the others use microSD. Sony made their own blu-ray format while the others just followed. Sony made their own trademark. Such as Walkman, Handycam, Vaio, Cyber-shot, Xplod, Blu-ray, PlayNow, TrackID, PlayStation. Its so creative. I love those names. While a big company like apple dont have any creativity to named their products. iPhone, iPod, iMac, iTunes. What next? iCrazy? iLostmymind?

mercedes never dissapointed their customer..while sony? people leave sony and prefer to take samsung nowadays...
in 80s-90s,,samsung is cheap brand which made mass product...but nowadays...samsung also make premium product...like lcd 7 series which comparable even sells more volume than latest sony bravia flagship...and the LED? samsung dominates this premium LCD side..almost 100% percent...and supply other vendor...sony lcd panel also supplied by samsung...
when we talk about technology, strategy, and global market..samsung miles ahead sony...beside their gigantic grup (sasmsung electronic),,samsung popular as multinational constructor which made petronas tower,and other tall building in middle east...samsung also has subsidiary that make defence system (armed vehicle), mining bussiness (latest busiiness), insurance, health equipment ...samsung also made oil refinery, ship builder etc...
sony?? just electronic and entertainment business...
and the conclusion is :
overall : sony technology can't compete the samsung technology
sony lost their power after samsung enters global electronic market...
samsung is major player in industry...comparable with siemens ag and general electric...
sony comparable to LG, panasonic, sharp, phillips...

In the meantime, Sony always put high price to their product, because Sony concentrate to the quality. Its like compare Toyota to Mercedes Benz. Sony is a premium brand with a premium price and premium quality.

I will buy the Satio, choose what you want bro, but the X2 will be probably expensive. We will see both them in October, or at last November. :) The waited X3 will coming only at February 12 at Mobile World Congress! :(

i also respect about sony...it still have the respectful name of audio/video device..and sony bussiness also expanded to insurance, movie/hollywood in usa like sony bmg,sony pictures...and it's a great move...but if u compare both vendor nowadays...the answer still the same: samsung bigger than sony and looks too big...if u compare both vendor in 80s-90s...then the answer is sony bigger than samsung...but nowadays? samsung is the bussiness powerhouse from asia....yeah...iconic of asia multinational group which break the sony style in the world...
