Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou)

Hi all,
I would like to highlight some points that I was expecting as a fan of this new phone from Sony Ericsson, I thought at the beginning that Satio will be an all-type phone; however, I realised later that there are some features in Aino better put in use than in Satio (Idou) and even though I still want to buy Satio cause of the other features in it. I agree that sony has established a brand name and an excellent quality products so far, Nevertheless, lets not forget that Sony is trying to always satisfy its customers so it has a good concern of its marketing strategy as its merketing segment is provided to all phone users.
Therefore, I would actually recommend the Satio as a new technology based phone and the touch screen options are much stable and less sensitive than other touchscreen phones. Its a great phone and I guess I will buy it no matter what it costs.
I am buying quality rather than just features. This is also another criteria (durability) and I have good but not blind faith in Sony as they always try to become more innovative and creative in their newer products.

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2009Then u knew that samsung bigger than sony....yepp...that's ... moren btw bro i am using SE XPERIA X1 (10 months old) and SE W830i (3 years old) and i am having no problems with it and they are in excellent condition.. they dont hang nor do they have any keypad problem or whatsoever.. i am a very satisfied customer of sony and sony ericsson products till now.. i dont know why you having so much problem with the c905 because i never had any problem with my sony products.. peace.

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2009Then u knew that samsung bigger than sony....yepp...that's ... morehehe.. all the best and i hope you like it.. i dont care who is bigger or better i love SONY and apple products but if they start taking us for granted and think that we are blind and we will buy anything they throw at us then they are wrong.. its my hard earned money and i want the full value of it and in the past i have only bought SONY products and they have given me full value of my money so i have faith in SONY but NOT BLIND FAITH.. i will buy either the SATIO or the IPHONE 3GS.. i am just waiting for the price and review of SATIO so that i can decide which phone i should buy.. even if samsung is bigger than sony it is not better AND sony is still way ahead in quality and brand name.. my next phone will be SATIO unless it turns out to be a bad phone which i dont think it will.. i prefer a honda(SONY) than a Hyundai(SAMSUNG).. but anyways lets not fight over this.. you buy what you like & i will buy what i like.. when you buy samsung OMNIA HD please share your experience and when i buy SATIO i will do the same so that we both know what we are missing in our phones.. peace.:) SONY.LIKE.NO.OTHER.MAKE.BELIEVE.

sonyfan, 05 Sep 2009haha.. hey buddy my eyes are open now but i still prefer SO... moreThen u knew that samsung bigger than sony....yepp...that's rite... finally i know that u are not sony blind fan like other... u reminds me about another sony/se fans...his name is Dani...ex k850 owner...and i like him coz he isn't sony blind fan too..hehe...i also have se c905 (my first se fone but maybe also the last one coz it was faulty buggy phone...only 3 weeks year old and i sold it...next satio looks promising but after tried the demo unit of samsung omniahd and omnia2 i felt in love with samsung...my dad has old samsung e700 and still works great (5 years old)....btw now i use the nokia n95 and love it...but next my phone will be samsung...peace..

haha.. hey buddy my eyes are open now but i still prefer SONY over the BIG SAMSUNG BRAND but then thats my choice.. i have read that before also so thank you for the info i dont need it.. i have read the revenue list but it doesnt make samsung better than sony or apple or any other brand.. the samsung group consists of two other companies and not just samsung electronics.. i dont buy stuff on the basis of revenue or market share i buy what i like and i like SONY & APPLE.. even GM and ford has more revenue than honda but it doesnt make them better and i own a honda not a ford or a gm car.. why would i be angry i dont run sony or samsung and i am not afraid of the truth and i will keep that in mind when i buy a SONY or apple product.. as (Anonymous 2009-09-05 15:55) said we all should grow up and get a life and rather than fighting whhich is better we should help others in there purchasing decisions.. i am not a blind sony fan and in the future if i find that samsung is providing me something better and i am gonna actually use that feature i have no problem in buying it.. but i love SONY & APPLE name and if they give me fully featured product and make the proprietary crap as less as possible and charge me little extra or same as samsung i will buy sony or apple.. thank you for the info buddy. peace.

Kids, stop making an arse of yourselves over cell phones. Even shareholders of these companies aren't as trolish as some of the comments I read here over which phone company is better.
Of course companies love consumers who become fundamentalist of this or that brand. Those are always ready to spend their money on that brand, no matter what they throw at them. They love you guys, but in reality they find you pathetic, which is what these discussions over which brand is better are.
Let people who are really interested in phones discuss relevant stuff for their purchacing decisions, grow up and get a life.

I'm a fan of SE..since i owned K550i...damn good phone...i fall in love with it's feature..not to that extend as others...but very gud. Currently i'm waiting for Satio....when is the launching...waiting in vain...

and maemo will be first class because is linux 100% without limitations as symbian and open code even
more mpx is not future is markeing The beginnig of future is system operative in un phone and maemo give us this

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2009android os , iphone os and maemo is future Symbian no f... moreSymbian do have a future man symbian is set to come to it fourth state in 2012 the Satio is gonna be upgradable up to symbian^3 or 2011 which very nice and the you will be able to switch to a very advance symbian^4 phone and the hardware of Satio is sufficient even if it lacks jack 3.5 it is a very good device with a powerful processor (set to be use up to 1ghz like the N900 and omnia HD) and playback HD video so actually it is a great phone even if the X2 seems to be better
