I would rather the whole phone be thick and not just the camera. Maybe with this they could even add a bigger battery.

I prefer resistive over capacitive and dont forget resistive doesnt mean finger unfriendly. I'll give you a link which show how perfect Idou's screen works even it is a prototype

Look on the bright side though, you'll mostly look at the front of the phone.

Just 1000 mAh , for this phone specs it should have at least 1500 mAh. The camera shutter is very ugly , it makes the phone even thiker than it is.

Cum on people don't despair !
Big expectations are always bound to lead to disappointment. I know this from personal experience. I am not even sure why but I am deffinatelly getting this phone (first I'll wait until it's price drops). They have maneged to create some extraordinary device and it's drawing me towards it, like a black hole :)
I see good, little reviews in the last few posts and that shows that you really care. Do not get caught in the details though, it's the overall feel of this phone that makes it absolutely amazing. As usual sony has nailed the design and for me this is the most awesome looking phone ever !
I have no doubt I'll have a lot of fun using the Idou (for some reason this name still sounds better to me).

gesture control
basically the phone senses ur gesture, ur motion and while playing games or listening to music, by ur movement (hand, legs, body) u can basically translate that into the motion in the games, or change the music tracks or music mood.

we have waited 4 months in order to get the full specification and still not known

also a lot of waiting for the last 15 days and many promisses in this forum and only still we got the basics ,.
as for the other 2 phones the only step forward was the desighn , the touch screen and the playstaion 3 which i account it as a specialized feature and not for eveyone
i was expecting more by waiting 4 months ,and actially there is not much surprizes till now n the specifications , ,we thought that by waiting many more have to come , but non

actually, specs of OmniaHD are still far better. The reasons that this phone is great are:
Its Sony.
It has 12mp and a Xenon Flash.
Its Design.
Great SE transition effects.
Omap3 and 3d (just like omniaHD)
Entertainment unlimited huh? Last February i was expecting for this phone to have "ALL". now they release some specs, i think they should be called Entertainment Limited.
I am not an SE hater, i love Idou. i am just very disappointed
