hey Nitesh your from India right?well im from Sri Lanka and i think 8500 is about close to 20000 RS in SL money.this phn is arnd 25000 here.i'm actually using the Nokia 7250i. and i think that is a great phn.it's also in the same price range here but i think you shud be able to find it for arnd 20K.thats 8500 for you.you'd have to look arnd over thr in India.i wouldnt know. im not saying the 7250i is great just bcos im using it. but it honestly is.ive been using it for over 5 months now and havent had any problems.its extremely user friendly.its sooo easy to use really.and it had good features too. the camera is pretty good.much colourful than this T610.my girl friend is using the T610 and i'm accustomed to it alot too.its camera is awful in my opinion and its night mode doesnt work at all.on the other hand the night mode on 7250i is really effective. the T610 has bluetooth and thats pretty much the only major thing that my phn doesnt have.but 7250i also has the FM radio which i use a lot and find really cool to have on my phone.but to be frank the T610 is a nightmare.bcos it's sooooooo slow.typing a text is too much a tedious effort.and the phn really gets on to your nerves.changing themes can take ages.but dont get me wrong.the T610 has a 65K display which looks better than the nokia phone.but as far as performance and reliability and user friendliness is concerned this phone is just soooooooo pathetic.but the main reason this phn has a good market is bcos of its nice design and the fact that it has alot of features for a small phn.but then the usability of those features is a different story and one that lots of ppl neglect which i think is a huge mistake.thr are other phones like the nokia 3200 whish is alot cheaper than these 2. around 6000 SL RS to be exact.but honestly i think the 7250i is a great choice. dont take my word.check it out for yourself.these are the best phns you can get for this price.thts hy i mentioned those 2. if you think the T610 is nicer by all means go for that.all the best....

Well its a good set , I don't think mobile should be like this .. after all its just a kit in ur hand ... menu options are sphisticated .. one can definitely go for it ... but I don't think its a good mobile for rough use .. and that is waht we people exactly look for .......

Excelent phone.But why did you renounced to the "Click" key sound . It was the best of all and it was so ...Ericsson stile , that I love. You should keep some traditions otherwise you will diapear!

lots of features packed in to a very well designed phone.but man it's a nightmare to be using it.having used nokia for so long i got this and the simplest functions of the phone like texting can be a real nightmare.it's just too damn slow.and to change themes and load games and things like that it takes ages...the set is soooooooo not user friendly.fine enough SE decided to squeeze in as many features as they can in to this phone but they've made a real blunder by neglecting some of the most fundamental things...and the night mode is just non existent. it's IMPOSSIBLE to take a photo under low light conditions.however the screen is great with 65K colours and the pics taken in daytime are pretty good.i've used this phone for sometime now so this is a very honest review of this set.if you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly phone this is the exact opposite to what you want. and if it's a feature-packed attractive set you want then this mabe it.but be true to yourself. at the end of the day it's performance that really matters...

Sony Ericsson T610 has many kind of type. i cant make any differences about them all. cause they ( T610) have one name. SE T610. about the camera ( VGA or CIF ) and other.

Very attractive phone, yes, but with a little problem .... it has some problems with network connection when the network isn't excellent or very good. So, is a good camera, good videogame, good organizer, but is very bad if used ... as phone. Do not buy it!!

at first i was very excited,when i bought the phone.but the i realised that the pics are 2-3 times bigger when saved in the phone,the memory is too small (20pics and some applications),the java is very slow (there are some games that u can't play),the cam quality and res are too low....etc..

just bought this piece of technology today,and i'm glad i did.first i wanted a samsung,but my oppinion was changed when i holded the t610 in my hand,
it's worth the money,buy it!!

Even though it's been released for almost 2 years now, it's still a solid performer with plenty bells and whistles to compete with the newer ones. The camera, bluetooth, and IrDA features make it practical and fun to use. At 95g it's still one of the smaller phones on the market. Con? Lack of speaker phone, that's the only thing I can think of. For those of you how think the camera sucks, get a digital camera and stop using a phone to take pictures!
