@rifaz

I have used the T610 for about a day, while i am a T68i and T39m user (and hopefully will be a P900 user soon) and also a Nokia user (used 5 nokias, and still have 2 nokias with me), i will say the biggest draw back will be the SMS, you will have to re-learn some keying... some people will tell you that the RF of the T610 or almost all SE for that matter, is inferior compared to Nokia, well the 3650 and 6600 will have better RF, I have to admit, but you will not notice a very big difference... one of the best thing on this phone is the Theme... ahhh theme... you won't get enough of this... just try to go down the thread... you will see more opinions

I used to owned one and have sold it recently. The problems with the phone is that the ringing tones are soft and worst is the message tone, many times don't even knew messages received. Even though it's 65K color screen but the resolution not very sharp and phone always hanged for no apparent reasons. Wanted to buy the accessories, very pricy. Finally, sold my T610 and bought back nokia phone to use. Thanks for reading.

                  To RiFaz:
Well rifaz i was a nokia user too before i changed to the T610,when i first used the T610 it had a very interesting user interface there are a few secrets to this phone mostly shortcuts to features which are assigned to the key pad that you must find out.

So in other words the T610 has a friendly user interface, but it really depends on who uses it,and its up to you!!

How is the difference between T610 and T616? I heard that is no difference. But why T616 is cheaper than T610?

Hi everyone. I am from England. and i currently own a Nokia 3650, which has a hell of a lot of features but i hate it bcos of its size and it doesnt have a radio.
since I can get the phone free on different tariffs, theres no prob on the budget.
but now I am thinking of a 65K cool stylish phone. and after a lot of research i'm finally stuck on SE-t610 or Motoroloa E365?
Well i know features wise, t610 is better.. but e365 is newer than t610. thats why i cant figure out whats cool in e365! and since i really need a radio, i found out theres a fm radio handset, and a mp3 bluetooth handset for the SE t610.

so finally i am most into buying a t610, may be in the next month.

it would be a great help .. if any of u could tell me.. what are the disadvantages in t610? and what to look for when buying a t610?

and I have been a Nokia user since the beginning. so I know its gonna be very hard to use another phone after getting quite used to the frendly Nokia menu's.

also tell me, how user friendly the t610 is?
                      Thanks alot.

                          Hello everyone,
I would like to know how phone is better: SE T610 or Motorola E-365? And why?

Before deciding to get a T610, I've studied most of equivalent models, which I think can't be compared to T610. At present I own a Samsung, this will be the first and also the last Samsung one I have. I don't like Motorola for their plain and simle menu and features. I've considered Nokia, too. But I won't get a Nokia because Nokia phones are too popular. It's nothing special and nothing different having a Nokia. Of couse T610 has its disadvantages, such as its so-so camera and the screen is of STN type, which can be consider out-of-date, but I know clearly the phone I want to buy.

                              To DMX,
Dont't be so disapointed. I'm so interested in reading your opinions of T610, which, in my opinion, are very useful indeed. I think it's nonsence to compare T610 and 7250, for they are of different design and features.
I'm keeping contact with SE dealers in the city where I live. I want to purchase a blue T610, but that color is not available now.
I think there will be no regret buying SE T610. I'm so happy with the thought of owning it. So, keep on your point of view, DMX.

Hi, my name is DMX. In case you hadn't realised, I own a Sony Ericsson T610, which I probably got for free on a cheap tariff. It doesn't stop me though, from boring everybody rigid with comparisons to the Nokia 7250i, of which I have an irrational hatred. Maybe one day I will lose my virginity and stop being so uptight over something so trivial as a mobile phone.
