Ok Guys listen up especially all those slagging off the T610.

Ok...Ive had my T610 for over a month now...my friend has the 7250i. We always comparing, mine is way better. For starters it has a better screen, better picture quality, better sound quality. The menus take time to get used to, but its not a problem. The T610 also has bluetooth which is a major advantage + loads of other features that I dont even use.

People on here criticise the speed of the phone...true...it is a little slow..but i got this problem fixed as well as the memory problem by getting a free phone software upgrade from Carphone Warehouse. My phone is faster then ever and it has also improved the camera functionality. Bo Selecta....can i get a rewind!

The phone is really amazing. I had my P800 and changed it eventually to this fone but I had a problem, its not user friendly. Definitely, this is not for beauty queens. So to all beauty queens, DO NOT BUY THIS. I will just go back to my 3210.

Or is it just a T610 chinese?.. NOt too sure, but there is one which can receive and send/compose chinese characters..

Mine can't input chinese but has chinese menu and can receive chinese. Tested my friend's one and it does input chinese.

This phone over all is really good! There are no real downsides to this phone! If i had to pick any problems it would be that in sunlight or where the sun is directly on the screen it can make it hard to c the screen. Camera quality is good and it also has nite mode for low lite conditions and good options for the camera! I have heard ppl say the memory quality is Crap but it ISN'T !!! I currently have 15 of my own ringtones saved and many off the phone. I also have about 40 text msg's saved and you can have about 30 photos 2 ! Crap ??? Infa red and bluetooth make sending ringtones and photos easy to uver fones. Overall i love this phone. I was also considering getin the Samsung V200 which is a good phone but in my ming it luks 2 bulky. Camera quality is bout the same! If u want any more info plz e-mail me!!!

Look into this forum.. I wrote something about the pros and cons before..

                  @HaHa?
What phone were you comparing it to?

It's like comparing Windows XP to MSDos 6.0. Which runs faster? Obviously Dos right? But is Dos better? No right?

Same with the T610. If you look at it's menus, then you'll know why it's slow. Images here and there, icon here and there, selective bar image and all.

Look at Nokia. Just text and colour lines. That's all.

Also, T610 has a large screen res, 128x160. Everyone knows the higer res it has, the more processing strength it needs.

Have you tried good mophun games on the T610? You'll see how smooth it is. Try games like Dragon Tale and Syndroid. You'll see how smooth and quick the response is.

Again why do they make such a slow processing phone like this? damn it has features but slow as hell and looks dumb as hell...... Don't argue with me guys my dad is has a phone shop and i get to try all the phones... Sony Ericsson makes damn slowest phones..

Being able to see under the sun doesn't mean good display =).. Just means it can emit more external light that's all..

So you rather get a 5100 for the outdoor screen is it? =P..

And don't be stupid, you don't tilt your screen as if you're like moving it from one end to the other end, more like a nudge. And it's stupid to say this is a useless phone just because of one fault.

Well, if you don't like the screen, then stick to your phone and don't get this phone then. Not like you're in sun light all the time..

Only one week ?? But WHY must I get used to the phone? Better buy a phone, which has a good display. It looks silly standing outdoor, turning the phone from left to right so people think you have forgotten your eyeglasses o:)))))))

                              What a great phone o:)))))))))))))))))

And by the way.. when I say getting use to, it's knowing the right angle to tilt the phone for the best result. When under the sun, if you aim the phone in such a way that the sunlight is reflected, of course you can't see anything. It's getting the right angle which is easy after a week.

Even under room light condition you can see the clock very clearly without it's light. I'll get a picture of the phone under direct sunlight and then you all judge. You are just being negative because maybe you're some 7250 user or something and just made a bad choice or you're just too damn pig headed to actually open your mind. Moron. Impossible.. yeah.. impossible for your brains to think.

It is not impossible to see in bright sunlight but very very hard. Some people are blinded by the SE-logo on it -> then it is a cool display because it is from SE. You get used to it? How long must i wait until i get used to the display? 4 weeks ? Why don't you call it by its name? The display is BAD. So simple, but sorry, i forgot. You are proud of your phone. You spent all your pocket money for it. WOW, great phone, really.

The T610 isn't impossible to see under bright sunlight...

I've been using the T610 for 3 months or so now and it's been great to me.. especially afte rhte R1L software upgrade.

It's actually quiet possible to see the screen outdoors.. first time might be hard if you're used to phones like the T68i but then after a while, you'll grow to get use to it and you can see pretty clearly..
