dis fon is sooooo beautiful....but,it has small memory dat u cannot save much picts..i also dun like the limited sms tone,,,but hey,who cares?????????????

Yet ANOTHER bad feature of this phone
When you have a text message open, you will not receive alerts whatsoever to other incoming texts. You will only receive them after you close the message you have open.

According to the understanding I have obtained , most say that you can store only 20 messages in total with those that you have sent. Meaning that in total ,you can store bout 40 messages. Hence you'll have to vary your messages between those in your inbox , archives and sent items.
As for me, I can store a total of bout 50 to 60 messages in total of sent items and inbox.
As for battery (practical):
It can last for about 5 to 6 days as standby, if you're a normal user ,it can last for 2 days .If you're a frequent user, then you'll have to recharge it after 14 hours of talking.
Although, i don't recommend you to use third party products, there are in fact certain companies producing more lasting handphone batteries for h/p's like nokia, SE, siemens, samsung and etc. Some countries have the previlage of trying this product. Still, I'd use original Sony Ericsson products... =)

Thanks.I'm just trying to be helpful here.You seem to be a very knowledgeble person too =)D. Look's like we're in the same boat. ;)
Basically I bought this phone for connectivity and design.I'm using this h/p to access the internet for my laptop with bluetooth. I feel that the design is the "nicest" so far. Although , model-wise is kinda old.
Texting is a "tad" slow, like using Win ME on a first generation Pentium 133MHz . Though I'm an avid text-er, I guess that there is no perfect phone so far.
A friend of mine was proudly showing off her nokia 6610i to her friends, just recently bought. Joining the company, I whipped up my T630 and her jaws dropped when she saw the phone. Certainly a GREAT phone I must say....

yeah this phone is pretty, but just the camera is not that good...
for others, everything is fine, the software is good
another thing is that the phone cannot show the contacts in SIM and in phone both in one place, its not convenient to use, plus, it cannot add 1 contact to SIM, we gotta move ALL contact from phone to SIM, thats the con...

My opinion about t630
I think that this model,t630 is a performant phone,but the camera it is not good enough,for example,to me is very important.I'm glad that this phone has infrared and bluetooth,it's an easy way for many either things such as:images,ringtones,etc.Even if it hasn't a performant camera,I have liked to have one and I think I'll buy it.

If you have bought this phone as 1st hand , most likely you have been cheated. The phone's supposed to be loaded with 30 plus ringtones. Game wise, there is supposed to be 3 -5 preloaded ones,with vralley and the rest. This phone MUST come with VRALLEY as it's the main ad for this phone.
If you've bought this phone as 2nd hand , then that's not surprising. Some previous owners decided that it's not worth having the phones shared memory used by ring tones that they will never use.

you can always visit the SE wap page using your phone's gprs func, you can download any ringtone, wallpaper or them you want, its free
for the game, minigolf is not a nice game, just forget it. the caveman is isteresting but quite kiddy, if you wanna play games, why don't you import some java games?

for all the sony ericsson t630 lovers...i've got a slight problem...
y has my phone only hav 5 ringtones? and also y hav i got soccer shootout...basketball...and vrally-2..instead of minigolf..caveman etc
and on top of that i only hav one theme??
can any one help me out???
