K508i mainly differs from K500 by its design(exterior),and has a more stable software.K500 is actually a strip down version of the K700i,and being the earliest release ,may contain some hardware / software "bugs".Though the bugs can be removed, its still safer to get a K508i.

Well, lets say if you intend to use the phone for :
> networking(ie sharing pics, music, sharing internet and etc.), T630 would be a better choice because of bluetooth.
> Normal Usage , you don't store pics, screensavers, ringtones extensively. This is due to 2MB storage which isn't big enough for heavy usage.
> Not taking pictures.Due to the fact because its of 1X and there are not many modes that you can use the camera.Images appear to be grainy at poorly lighted areas.
But if you're not keen on connectivity , then take k500. Because it has a
> Huge 12MB memory space.Means more storage for quality pics.
> The built in camera is of higher quality and have a 4x zoom.
> Plus you have 40 channel ringtones . T630 has only 32 channels.
> Support mp3.You can upload your mp3 files to the phone.
> Has video recording function.
Tip: If you have K508i in your area/country, I'd recommend you to take it instead. Price should be the same.

I just bought it whit 150 euro,It is a very relaible mobile phone. The battery holds about 4-5 days whit bluetooth working and talking on it.I like this phone much better than my old phone, and i had a lot of them. For his price it offers amazing performance in every field....I almost forgot:It has the best Build quality that I ever see on a phone. My next phone will be Siemens S65.I will buy the Siemens in about 2 weeks. It`s a very good phone.

You NOKIA supporters should just stay within your NOKIA boundaries, instead of blaspheming against Sony Erisson. To date, I've owned 4 handphones made by NOKIA and I do not like them at all.To me NOKIA's design sux.I've had lots of nightmare with NOKIA and I believe that we have each and everyrite to rebuke you white washed NOKIA tombstones!!!

For the prospective buyer or potential user;
>This phone contains a lot of features which mostly are inherited from T610.The only great part to note would be ,TFT screen and the simple design.
>Previous LCD tech. used in T610 was CSTN which wasn't good tech.. Screen appears washed out when exposed under light.
>Camera is nothing to shout about with 1X.
Images are pretty ok for close shots.
>Memory is only 2MB.Should be enough for normal(not storing music or pics extensively) use.
>If you're a bluetooth geek(like me =P), and you're in need to save cash , this would be a good buy. With this ,you can get those cordless earphones, connect to the net with computer/laptop/PDA/Tablet PCs ,and try out new stuff.
Finally, take note : most ppl complains about battery and OS problems. It's not the nature of the phone have this characteristic. But by all means, make sure that the phone comes with a warranty(as you'd do with other gadgets like this).
-Cheers-

this phone is pretty, nice with a great screen and all, it's jammed packed with functions... but it's got a stingy 2mb of storage space, if you aren't gonna use up that space then this a great phone for you. the phone does lag at times and if you are real quick at txting the t9 will struggle to keep up. manuevering through the grid style menu is sometimes quite laggy aswell.. overall it's got nearly every function you want, from mms to bluetooth, but a tiny 2mb.
