This is an excellent phone. Fantastic camera, 720p video recording looks flawless. Battery time is great (using GSM).
You won´t even feel it has an resistive screen, sensitivity/ response almost as good as an capacitive screen.
The design and weight are perfect.
The negative would be the weak speaker, it has clear sound but zero base.

Open it and the program ANIMATOR is seen. On selecting it a menu opens up where u can have an option of theme animation, screensaver (flash), etc .
Note that autostart function does not work and u have to do the above steps everytime u reboot.
You can set aquarium as wallpaper only when the standby theme chosen is sonyericsson.

My Vivaz was good for 3 months before repeatedly having same problem that touch screen cannot unlock. Took phone in for 3rd time today for same problem! Is this software or hardware related?

Hey guys
Well after reading many posts on the net about the multi-touch function, i was wondering whether this function is related to OS limitations ? or to the device screen itself ?
Another question since i've heard rumors about porting symbian^3 to N97 ,well is it possible to change phone OS ??

my friend after using Vivaz from months Im very happy yet,everything is ok whith it,and what you read in opinions here they are not truth,how good is symbian shows World statistics Symbian leads whith 40%....then is blacberry OS whith 16%,then android whith 14%,iPhone Os 13%.......Experts of Telecomunications says that symbian will be first and in 5 coming years for sure,and in other years we will see what will happen,for my opinion Symbian will be the leader in other 7 or 8 years,...the reason?...Symbian is good and cheep,Android is good but expensive

all resistive screens are bad, but this one is absolutely terrible

Young kids like her doesn't need the potential of Symbian. She only need interesting games in her phone and good camera. That's why I'm considering this phone.

Walkman n cybershot n HD video talent running in symbian s60v5 . Vivaz is look likes se mixing nokia.
