guys take a chill pill.. defenetly se 200i is an amazing fone for a budget user as u get all the fetures of an se .. especially 'THE WALKMAN' wheich is the best part of the camera .. i have been using this fone for 3 mnths now and i have no problem withit .. its very good for rough use . drop it frm any where at all the phone still works .. but yes blue tooth is a miss ,.,. but shouldnt make a difference as we have some thing called as a usb cable wheich would help u add and remove songs very comfortably on the click of a button .. but yes se should defenetly inprove on the screen quality i'm not very happy abt it .. as well as the headfones which come with 200i.. i am an extensive user of se and only se ...hence compared to all teh low end models se 200 defenetly stand out .. and i would defently recommed every one to buy this fone ..thanz

its great, proberbly one of the best phones
ive had on my contract!
Althogh the box did get shaken around a bit
when i got it n i had to buy new ear phones
but overall it great!

The "thing" I liked the best on this mobile phone was its compatibility with the Linux system. It was simple like just connecting it to the PC (via USB) and transfer files from one to another - like a memory key.

can somebody tell me about the sound does it realy gives heavy punche bass like other W series.
and does it support intra cannel earphone or not as in other w serias phone.

Yes, I also have experienced the same problem. Happens at random... Can you tell me your firmware version (MENU, SETTINGS, GENERAL, UPDATE SERVICE, SOFTWARE VERSION)? And also, where did you purchase your phone (what country)? Am I also correct in saying that your phone is a W200i (not a C or A)?
Also, I do believe that the screen quality can be increased by replacing the existing UBC with a TFT LCD from a K510. K510 has a 128*160 TFT LCD, which is far superior over UBC, and is the same resolution as the UBC used on the W200i... So theoretically (not saying that it will) the K510's TFT will be compatiable with the W200i... If someone tries this out and it works, please post a response here please~~
Please keep the 'bug' reports coming... The more there are, the more persuasion we could produce so SE will provide a update for this near perfect W200i phone~~

I've used this phone for 4 months now and its not very bad. 128MB card was not enough for me so I got a 1GB card and it workd fine,but I did notice thtat its IR is pretty slow. Considering I got this after using a W700i its a good phone overall.

there is a problem in my sony ericsson w200i, that is while playing mp3 songs, some time it strucks and give a continuous beap sound till i exit the walkman(i.e., the sound is like, when computer hangs), why is it so.. this is the only problem i am facing... please suggest me..

do the vga camera in se w200i can be changed to 1.3 m pixel and the display can be changed to 256k with 176 * 220.... suggest me a reply to my mail
