hi galdiators,
i HAVE A GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS.
first the bad news is that, i sold my w200. not that i hate it... i loved that phone very mucha nd cant expect than that.
second the good news is that, i bought w810i.
so from now onwords i will be available at w810i reviews.... bye w200i users.

Just bought phone. I have Vista Home Premium....The CD I received to install so can download the photos to computer says only Windows 2000 or xp. So I can't? Or is there anoter way?

Well jeyson, ur gettin the send option instead of play bcoz the format in which the file is stored is not supported by the fone and such files occupies 41kb of space.

i cannot transfer my files to my phone because it says open with ... something and when i paste something it just says in the option send rather than play ... and with a blue diamond beside it

Owners of this phone, I have a technique of prolonging the lifespan of your joystick. Use the joystick for navigation only. This means only for the four directions. Try not to use the middle button (in other words, selecting an option by pressing down the joystick). Use the left soft key to select someting instead. This can make your joystick last longer.

The is an awsome phone i would love to have. the sounds are so nice and and well i got no words to discribe it since its that good

guyz.. i have solution about "playback failed"
try to connect on ur pc then choose "file transfer" then "back-up ur files" then "format" then check "quick format"..
it's working..try it..

Hi, how can i connect with other phones via ir coz my phone is not able to detect another ir activate fone kept at a distance of 1 cm and vice versa

ok, i m again here to tell about my w200i.
*its screen is a ubc,but high quality.
*cam is vga 0.3 pix, but ok.
*joystick, the best in se and nokia.
*easy to go to any corneer of phone in 2or 3 presses.(not shortcuts).
*no bluetooth, but infrared is cool and powerfull.
*handles games and apps efficiently.
*movieand picture viewing is good.
*durable, dropped more than 20 times.
*u can change panels easily.
*very good battery life with other activities.
*use 512mb for best performance.
allll this for mere rs4000/-. if anybody are keen to buy a phone worth 6000 and below.... go for se's w200i.
ah yes, forgot to say..
*its walkman music beats N95 and iPod. i bet. try it.. once.

This is a very beautiful phone.i love ths phone its muzik player is very nice i love to hear songs on its head set which is very cheap but good.ths iz a cool set man!buy it now!

can you replace w2ooi's camera and LCD with the LCD and camera of k320i which is 1.3 mp...

i have been using this phone for the last 6 months, and save for the lack of bluetooth connectivity found the phone very satisfactory and would definitely recommend this as a value buy.The music player bundled with it is just awesome.

Hi, i have just bought a sony ericsson w200i. i download some songs onto it. For a few minutes i can listen to the songs through walkman and file manager but after a while on walkman it starts to scroll through the songs by itself then says 'playback failed' and doesn't let me play them. if i try to play them on 'my files' i get 'cannot play this sound'. i have reformatted the memory stick by going on 'my files' and the pressing 'more' and then 'format M.S.' but the same thing happens i can play songs for a few minutes then i get the same message 'playback failed' Can anybody help me it is really frustrating me.... i bought this phone particularly for the walkman feature. Thankyou in advance.

the saved messages are saved on the memory of the sim card..
yeah.. i have problem with playback failed but after you use it always problem will not come back..^^

TO "Fahad" : I have 27mb free memory on phone but still i can`t save up to ~100 messages. So, w200i wont use whole 27mb to textmessages.

Hi, i have a w200i and i can occasionally play 1 or 2 songs on it but then i get playback failed pop up on screen i have tried re formatting memory stick but i dont think i did it right and it didn't work can anyone help me? Thanks

this cellphone falls apart and it doesnt have bluetooth.I reccomend you do not buy it.

sorry to say but i think 3110 classic has more advantages except for the music and the restarting problem
