flight mode is one of the best features in w200i, but where is it?? i can't see it on my phone's organizer, nor its settings...please if you're kind enough to explain that to me...'cause i'm leaving on a plane tomorrow for miami...please. is anyone out there??

i was just wondrin', could u guys tell me or enlight me perhaps? i mean, there's a flight mode in our w200i in the organizer if you try to look at it in its specification feature right?? correct me if i'm wrong...how come i can't see it on my w200i's organizer, i doubt if they rerlaced it or subtitute it with the "code memo" then?? please, i'm asking those w200i owners & the so-calles w200i lovers out there? if there's any??

to:guest--believe me, i too myself used to have luxurious music & camera phones before...but i realized, what's the use of having tecnologically-featured phone? when your phone can't handle it's feature?! let's get smart people,i mean w200i is the best music phone ever made--the joystick designed cutie...simple, yet...screaming quietly...i guarantee you "guest" you won't reget w200i!! peace & out.

to:guest--hey, there, sorry to hear that you were kind of "victimized" by your claims, having troubled with "joysticks" first of all
"joysticks" were designed by SE to protect your thumb!!it's that simple. secondly,it is a "durable-design" 'cause there is a protector beneath it...& k500 is not the same with w200i, with all do respect with k500s, i mean k500s i think is a good phone though. now, if it did spoiled & hurt your feelings, there's always an alternative, why don't you purchase other brands? no offense, but umm...this is for SE-w200i lovers only...the faithful ones. peace & out.

Another phone from SE which uses joystick?
Have anybody owned this phone long enough to spoil or fail the joystick?
If yes, how long before the joystick spoils? I have bad memories with my previous k500. I am really wanting this phone but at the same time I would not want to be another "joystick victim".
Those who have owned this phone please voice out your opinions of the joystick condition so far? (etc. loose, malfunction, bla bla bla.....)

to:d_ve-- halo my fween, we have the same question in mind though. but i think it depends on how your computer reacts with your phone. if you have a slower internet connection, then probably, it would take a little longer. you might as well have patience my fween. the thing is, w200i might be limited on certain specific feature compared to other music phone of sony ericsson, but i tell you, there is something in w200i that is not found in other music phones, that's for you to find out my fween, no offense...but w200i is one of a kind. ther's something magical in it stored secretly, beyond our understanding i suppose.
but hey! in the lighter side, trust me, you'll never regret for having w200i. simply stylish, made like no other music phone on earth!! peace & out.

To d.ve, the sped of the internet is not very fast but its upto level when compared with its price(5-10kb/s approx). But the display of the web pages is splendid when compared with other phones of the same range.

To randhir, well randhir, i also want to save msg in the mem stick but unfortunately we can't do that this phone will store only 150 msgs (approx) in the phones memory.

hey, hey, it's me again...w200i was a dream came true to me. i'm sorry!! i don't like other guys having rude criticism on the w200i
'cause i tell you what?! dude, first of all, w200i is a simple music phone!! now, if you're looking for high technologically featured phone, then try other sony ericsson phones, i'm sure there are lots of alternative music & camera phones when it comes to Sony Ericsson!! now, if you're still not satisfied?! try other brands & units then...just don't make unfair comments regarding the w200i...thanks a lot & Godspeed!!

hey, hey, sony ericsson lovers!! i just need you to know that w200i is one of the best music phones in the planet right now!! specially the rhythm black fanatics!! just a friendly & simple reminder, rule#1. love your w200i! rule#2. love again your w200i! it's that simple. & before i forget, try to listen to the ringtone-Ding ding drum everytime you wake up in the morning, you'd see the difference! it'll keep you energized

I bought a w200i blue phone on 23.1.08. Although d walkman feature is good, d picture quality is not to d satisfaction. It hanged twice till date. No video player for internet.

To download google maps no this phone go to www.google.com/products
and select the link maps(beta) and u'll be able to download the .jmr file (size is 218kb).

Well jeson is ur phone still stuck? If s then take off ur memory card out and thy restarting ur phone. Try ur phone without the memory card if its working well then there must be something wrong with ur memory card, but still no better then replace it.

i kkp know that my phone has virus.... but i tried 2 erase it but it still d same... and my m2 is free from d day i bought it.... its a sandisk.... it's just 128mb...

i just bought this phone yesterday i find that the phone looks ugly in the white one (no more stock for the black one)the screen is very bad the only good thing i find is the walkman function it plays really good music throught the speaker

Well jayson, i think there must be virus in ur phone, this will slow down ur phone but wont affect it or check whether ur memory card is made especaly for se phones buy a sandisk m2 card which is made especially 4 se phones.
