HEY GUYZ!!WAZZUP!At first,i thought n 3110c is da best on dis budget.but i was wrong.n 3110c got sum severe probs like-poor battery life,restarts every now n then,f/w prob,can get infected by virus n so on(my previous phone was 3110c.)wats da use of all da luxury features wen ur fon cant handle it?on da other hand w200 may have limited features but da performance is way better dan 3110c.if ny1 here is regrettin 4 gettin dis fon over 3110c,i got only1 thing to say to him/her-don regret u did da right thing by chosing dis fon.

Hi jayson, i also have the same problem in burst shoots. I found out that if take 3 burst shots and delete all of them you'll get good photos in the next burst shot.

Cool phone. This phone supports google maps ( v 2.0.2 mobile version ). Great phone.

My comment about sony ericsson w200i it seems good design but the customers want in the unit w200i it's needed complete lastest phone now.can you innovate or create a new w200i like having a 3G devices ,bluetooth, Tv and audio connectivity ,MP3/eAAc+3gp/MPEG4 player, a 5 MP Cybershot and all others feature now of the latest CP. I know ti was expensive but the customers needs and customers satisfaction will be enjoyed about that new w200i.and even myselves will enjoyed and smiling in my face when w200i will be latest CP like others units coming soon too.

when i take picture using the burst mode when i move it frequently when i take another burst pic. it will be colored green except for one pic... huhu...

there are series of annoyances with this f*ckman:
1.it suddenly stops playing in the middle of the play-list!
2.there is a loud "tik tik"noise when radio plays music!!
3.there is constant background noise which will be apparent specially in low music!!!
4.keys and casing are cheap they make a creak sound!!!!
5.screen and camera are totally useless!!!!!
advise to SE:
instead of that useless camera u could make better screen and keypad without creak.

is agud cell 2 use. i bought it on jan13th 2008.the problem i'm facin's tat i've purchased a 5112mb m2 card 4 it. but all songs 've got sme prob in playin. i tried changing my mem card but pertains the same prob. pls do help 2 sort out my prob....

The W200, because it is not classified as a smartphone, and since it doesn't run Windows or Symbian (or Linux), is not capable of getting a virus. HOWEVER, it is possible that a virus gets stored in the memory of the phone or card, and this may infect the computer you use to connect the phone. The virus will not affect the phone itself, just the host computer. As a result, there are no anti-virus software designed for ANY phone in the world at the moment.

I believe that you are talking about the problem where the WALKMAN suddenly says FAILED PLAYBACK, or when the music is replaced by a high-pitched sound. This is a firmware bug, and until SE releases a new firmware, it won't be fixed... The problem occurs randomly, and it is not because your phone is faulty - I experience this problem myself from time to time.
As for the W200 not detecting a handsfree set, just get a dry cloth and clean the metal contacts on the phone and the handsfree, and try connecting again. If this doesn't fix the problem, your handsfree may be faulty, or you may have a fake handsfree. Another problem maybe because your firmware is going faulty - reinstall it using Sony Ericsson Update Service. Obviously, depending on how much you use the MP3, the W200 will last you about 12-18 hours of continous play with volume at 50%.
For everyone who has a 2GB card, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE W200 IS CAPABLE OF USING A 2GB CARD, BUT YOU WILL NOTICE A REASONABLE SLOW-DOWN IN THE PHONE'S PERFORMANCE. THIS IS NORMAL - THE HARDWARE IN THE W200 IS SIMPLY NOT REALLY DESIGNED TO TAKE M2 CARDS OVER 512MB (THE W200 HAS SAME HARDWARE AS K310, K320, K510, ALL LOW-END PHONES, WITH MINOR DIFFERENCES LIKE RADIO OR M2 SLOT). Because the phone significantly slows down, W200 will be more prone to errors with a 2GB card.

it will have virus but it will not be detected by d fone when u connect it 2 d comp. th comp. will detect it... it will not need any antivirus coz only smartphones need one... hehe .... hope dis helps!!... *_* ...

Does this phone has any chance of getting virus while file transferring files and while surfing in internet, does this phone requires any anti virus.

my experience is that when i plug the headphone the headphone sign will not appear and it doesn't work the stereo at the back is the one playing so i have to unplug and put it back again several times..... and when i make the volume high the song will hang ... and also in the equalizer.... and the battery will just last 1 day bcoz i always play mp3 in it... is this problems normal???? and 128 mb is just fine with this phone.... theres nothing wrong with it...
