Hi Jimmy... and others...
My phone has 4 month. I always like nokias phones, but this W200 is good:
Good price, MP3 player and fm stéro is good... battery life is medium... sound level on speaker is good... only the trouble (but is justi low price) is the resolution display is poor and the VGA camera is poor too.
Jimmy... My phone I have trouble when the MP3 is playng. Several moment the music stop (play list) and bring-me with error on display. The sound left this is out (withous sound and error only). I have that power off and turno power on...
I think that is trouble on memory card. My is 2 Giga byte, sony. I actualized my firmware by FOTA. Now, the version is CXC1250719 R4JA011. Anybodu thas some trouble with this phone?

hi
sometimes it stops playing in the middle of the play list.i want to know the reason.is it because of the corrupt memory?and what happens if i remove the usb without ejecting the drive first on the pc?

my friend sent me video through infrared, i got it but the big problem is, i cannot see the video..it automatically saved to OTHER not on video...WHY...please ans.

this phone cant not only support 8gb but it can even handle the 12GB card. For 512 user, it this card also not working, please replace the same with the default 128 mb card, which especially designed for this phone.

i have a 1G sony m2 in my w200 and it is working just fine.i have 246 mp3 sounds, 113 pictures, 15 videos and still no problem.

gud fone, available at 4800 INR in INDIA. prices xpected to drop down by around 300 INR within next 4-5 months.
excellent megabass wid bass reflex headfones.
exceptionally loud n clear speaker for songs n calls in its price range.
cam produces reasonablly gud pics.bt nokia as i hav xperienced, produces better VGA pics than S E. bt S E is gud at 2 mega pixel n above resolutions b'coz of its autofocus.
lack of bluetooth is the only drawback i think wid this cell.
bt xpandable memory upto 2GB gives us enough space to store our favourite tracks(approx. 450) in our pocket.
thankfully FM is planted there in the cell phone.
walkman player is easy to use. n as we all knw listening to songs in the headfones sony ericson satisfies me wid its crystal clear sound, loud volume and MEGABASS ofcourse. widout megabass i cant listen to songs!! ha ha ha overall i wud rate keepin in mind the rate n advantages n drawbacks 6.75/10. had it had a btooth n no IR at same price , i wud hav rated it 9/10. bt gud job anywaz SE.

i am soon going to buy a differnt phone because everything is wrong with this phone .
i bouhjt this fone for about $110 US.Is this the correct cost for the phone

this phone is not accepting aac or polyphonic as well and i dont know the reason so can u tell u what is the reason

This phone does not support even 512MB memory card. I purchased 512MB M2 card but the songs get scrambled.

In terms of changing the camera (and any other hardware), the following can be theorectically replaced - the camera, the screen, and the faceplate. The camera on the W200 can be replaced to a 1.3 MP one from a K510, as long as the camera module driver is replaced with the one from K510. The screen is also able to be replaced to a TFT 256K one from a K510. Again, it needs a driver. This process will set you back about US$90 (for both replacements)

this phone camera sucks. it doesnt take pictures well.how do i get to add bluetooth and to change the camera on this phone.thanks in advance
