This phone tends to creak in your hands after a while... I personally thought of getting the faceplate modded with a K510 one (with a WalkMan logo at the bottom though).
In terms of the keypad and joystick, the keypad does feel pretty cheap, but it is sensitive enough to be used without errors. The joystick though is quite fragile, meaning that you should use it without too much force, and that you should maintain it well (clean it out of duest etc)
As for the screen, the UBC display is not the best outdoors, since it is easily affected by sunlight. As I have previously said, it is pretty much possible to replace the UBC on the W200 with a 256k TFT from a K510, as long as the display driver is changed to the K510 (only if you are willing to fork out another US$60). This may give you better screen quality...
For Robin, try downloading and installing codecs from Microsoft for Media Player.

im dyin to hv dis phone.but one thing i wan to make sure dat i don regret after gettin dis phone over 3110c.all i want in a phone-good n clear display(atleast at indoor),fast response,browsin shud b enjoyable,well organised menu.som1 mentioned it feels cheap in hands n da keypad n joystick sucks???need ur opinion on dese issues.

got mine last 1/22/08 bass is so good but it had virus but i formated it's camrea is fine... hehe ... contented with it

I am unable to hear / see the sound / video files which I have recorded through w200i after transferred in the PC. Is there any software, which can play w200 video / sound that can support these files and can check in my computer? Or is it possible to play through the sony sofware cd? i have not tried yet through pc suite or file manager?

For a full charge, approximately 3 hours is required. I would charge it for around 5-6 hours to make sure the battery doesn't suffer any 'memory effects' in the future.
The display is the same quality as on a K310. Basically saying, it is not great, but still usable (can't see a thing while you are outside).
I would consider the 3110c, because it has more features for around about the same price. But, note that because the 3110c runs on a Symbian based OS, you are prone to getting viruses. Also, because the 3110c is more business orientated, the file managing and media applications are not as great as you would find on W200. In the end, the decision is up to you - depends on what you are looking for.
