U need to delete old music files stored into ur Music Player, and after with new one's mark all and create a playlist, the only problem is that when u want to update ur tracklist u need to make the same steps to see and listen the new updated songs.
And for the People who wants to buy this phone I have some reviews:
In general da phone is price/quality OK, good and stable, no platform-soft problems included here the Joystick center wch is independent from the rest of the keyboard and is on the phone motherboard (Sony Ericsson had many problems with this Joystick)
The battery lifetime is fantastic 5-6 days normal use, and 3max with MPlayer (max max 2-3 hours a day listen)
VGA Camera isn't so bad, I've seen bad 1.3mp cameras, W200 camera is for normal use, video quality Ok, Sound is superb! the package contains Bass Reflex headphones and the sound quality in calls/music/ringtone is loud and crystal clear.
The package also contains 128mb M2 card and data cable wch is GOOD because this phone has a single inconvenient but important for me..NO BTh, so the cable is necessary!
Screen is 65k good resolution.
In my opinion W200i is the little W's brother and is very good, especially for the people who listen music and who don't have more money

*I have got 1gb M2 card for this phone and while I play music from "WALKMAN" - "NOW PLAYING" I can only see or play the 12 files. Its now showing the full list of all 30 tracks. Actually I have stored around 30 files. While I play thru "TRACKS" (sub menu of WALKMAN), I can see / play the full 30 tracks. Is there some settings for this? or may be this is due to the 1gb M2 card? Since I am used to this short key (W) for mp3, its annoying to go into the menus and then select "TRACKS" and play tracks. "Walkman - Now Playing" should show the entire list of the songs.
I got some errors while transferring mp3s from PC to this phone, it required some restart or re-try on the software. Transfer speed is low and transfers only single files so while transfering 29 tracks, I used about 29 coping and pasting!! Is there any best method to transfer mp3 files from PC to w200?
I found some sounds while playing, but thats once or twice in each track, but thats fine - its gr8 always MEGA BASS without any hissing sound!!

I don't think that it will be possible to add a card slot onto a K510, because the bluetooth module occupies the space where the card slot is supposed to be... In the W200, the FM Radio module is here as well... I guess one would have to sacrifice bluetooth for M2 and Radio and vice versa...

It seems that it is possible to replace the UBC screen of the W200 with a TFT LCD (256K) screen from a K510. But to do so, you need a display driver, in this case, you overwrite the display driver from the K510 over the W200's driver.
Also, it seems to be possible to change the 0.3 MEGAPIXEL camera to 1.3 MEGAPIXELS from a K510. Again though, you need the K510 driver for the camera to work properly...
For anyone who successfully undergoes the above alterations, please post your response... The total cost is estimated at US$100 (rather buy a new phone -_-*)

hye der w200i users,i tink dis phone quite gd in terms of sound....but when it cums to picture quality,i wud say quite bad....n m realy hapi wit da phone's shape...coz its smal n thin...n m rly comfortable usin it...w200i is cool...so gals,try to buy dis phone coz it suitable 4 us....AStaLAviSta!!!

SE secretely gives 128mb M2 Card with the w200i - ;)
You will only come to know while you will be putting stuffs in the phone from SE'S FILE MANAGER thru yor PC!! there it will show folders like "INTERNAL MEMORY" and second folder "MEMORY STICK" something like that. So grab the chance for scratching the card and check yourself you be the winner for Gold and also a sure gift of a travelling bag (nice one) with the same price of the phone!!! The price here in India by SE is Rs. 5200/- + scratch card (for Gold) and + free travelling bag!!!
