All r thing that the sound clarity good even i also but sound clarity is worst w200i is 1000 times better w205 & it is not design sony it is done by sigma so themes r not supported. Resoution is not good so better think over it.

yes, its really a low-end phone...
but i think SE done great with this phone, although its features are simple but it can be accepted.
NOT all peoples can buy high-end phone, high-end phone have higher price! to those who only care on SE to produce high-end phone, do u think all peoples can buy expensive phone? w205 maybe a waste product to u but not the poor peoples!

I believe SE phones are the best in this world in terms of design and sound quality, only a couple of Samsung phones have been able to give it a competition in terms of pure design and UI. I realize that many of you'd say Nokia wins over SE 'coz of Symbian... but Android wins over Symbian! S we can't say anything about the UI yet (till Android gets a hold of the mobile market), the SE UI is pretty anyways.
The only thing I'm cross about is the price. I mean, the old SE phones which launched about 2 years ago, today retail at the same price.. that is what makes me go WTF!

you can buy this phone if it is available for Rs 4000 or 75 to 80 USD.. Otherwise there are many other better phones

i have w200i but this one seems to be a step up with features like bluetooth,1.3mp camera and slider design but a little bit disappointed with the screen quality the screen should have been at least 176 * 220 pixels

rapter, 21 May 2009to my knowlage Sony ericsson w995 is the best music-centric... morewait for excitement to come and beat all SE bashers this year and coming year, just see now what SE has to offer, the fun begins from this month. going on live on 28th may anouncement of X2 and X5. one will be WM other will be android. touch screen capacitive and more to come.plus the anouncement of full Idou specs which is far far better than what is presently anticipated. This is just the beigning.

I would highly recommend getting a W580i instead of this. The W580i will be almost the same price when this is released but it has much MORE features. Such as the REAL Walkman 2.0 player, BIGGER, higher quality screen, better build materials, FLASH LITE, 2.0MP camera (not 1.3mp) and MEGABASS... The W205 lacks all these functions!
