The walkman phones are the best music phones on the market. you can use the bigger headphones for a louder clearer sound and you can plug the music cable in your radio for loud wicked music to blow your roof off. buy it. i say its better than a 2gb ipod. this phone is wicked.

on the next week i gonna get one of them i wanna know how is it?? is a good phone ?? somebody told me camera is so bad... is that true?? i gonna pay 200$ for the phone next week so i need to do a good business...if somebody can tell me something I`LL appreciatte it...

sony ericsson w300 is great..i have it for almost 3 months and its great..its camera is not a problem..and its so beautiful..its design is so cute..i wonder why others dont like its keypad..its so cute..anyweiz..i recommend this to all..its a great fone..

I was thinking about getting this phone and just wondering how long your text message max is coz i hate having to write two separate msgs. Also how does this phone compare in performance to teh Motorola RAZR V3 as they are the same price, which one should i get????

this is a great fone for a reasonable price, nokia have 1 like this i think its the 6060 and are charging $450,,,rip off,,,this fone is exactly the same,,,pretty much, great overall fone definately buy it,,,only con is that in my frends fone (same as this) his speaker went out cause he played music 2 loud,,,got it fixed tho,,,my speaker is fine tho, xcept it cut out once but i turned it off then on nd everyting was fine, so yeah best fone eva 4 this price!!!!!!!!!! definately get it

I got the w300 a week ago, & i'm really impressed with it. The video is good,MP3 player is wonderful & the radio is as clear as ever.I'd recommend it, cuz music & video transfer is easy, and it is compact.. the same size as the Z300,with NASA technology in it.

Does anyone know which bluetooth ear set works best with the Sony ericsson w300i. The bluetooth earpiece has had trouble recognizing my voice for voice dial. I have tried the Jabra 250v and the Scala 500, both highly regarded ear sets

I just bought this phone 3 days ago. I chose it over k750i, because it's cheaper and I was reluctant to buy k750 because of the joystick. I had a k608 before, which got stolen, and it had joystick issues after a month and a half of use. Though, I love SE phones over Nokia, the drawback will always be the joystick.
Advantages
- Nice design. Cute and small
- The speaker is and sound quality is great!
Disadvantages
- It can play WMA files, and some MP3 files when you transfer files by just copy and pasting like using it a a flash drive... BUT, when you use Disc2Phone to transfer music files from your PC to phone, even if it's WMA, it will be converted to MP3 that can be played on the phone! Awesome! :P
- The camera, isn't really that good cause it only VGA.
Overall the phone is 8/10! :)
If you're looking for a walkman phone, and just a basic cam phone, then this is the right choice! :)

i also wonder why every time when i push the stop/pause button when the flap is closed it wouldn't start the walkman. I made sure i configured it to start walkman and not the radio. It will not start the walkman in speaker mode.. it needs the head set.. is it the behaviour or is my phone acting wierd?
