hi.. my frnd has this mobile for past 1 month.. this is mere waste.. nothing in this phone.. no camera quality and gprs not connecting well.. compared to nokia, its nothing.. whats the sony ericson people has in their head.. we willl throw this mobile in dustbin.. don't buy this... my wife isi calling me,, bye..

well i think is a very good cell phone but i also think that needs a better camara and some more memory

Get this phone for the mp3 playback and radio, not the imaging capabilities. VGA camera stinks, recorder sucks and its teeny display makes you squint your eyes. If you want good pic quality + mp3, the cheapest SE I can suggest would probably be w700. =) If you have the money to spare, go ahead and buy the higher Walkman models (w810, w850). You can't go wrong with those. ;)
In addition, I like SE's calendar function better than Samsung's. :)

hi people!just a tip...to interpolate your W300i to 1.3megapixel, in camera mode press 1 until show in the top 1280(on the right)...

hey all dudes:-):-1. this phone is having exactly same camera as that of z530.... means, poor!! just read the review of z530 for verifying... and one more thing, the difference between two phones are in the screen and also w300 has edge! thats all. for doubts please email me.

hi everyone i bought the sony ericsson W300i yesterday i absolutely LOVE IT !! the buttons are wicked mann and its not hard to text with the camera isnt great but still good its a phone not a camera. the sound quality and volume is EXCELLENT !! but i havent tried the earphones yet. this phone is excellent value for only $199 AUS cheap as. i highly recommend this phone.

hi every1 im hp reseller...actually de best se sound quality is w800i...eventhough w550i louder but not tat clear...i'd sold many se phone but still w800i de best choice....now they hav new phone which better is w710i cos its sportive n hav a gd sound quality as well....w300i is very affordable phone...so dun compare de camera cos it worth it d...everthing is good enuff 4 de price u paying....any enqueries feel free to email me...10s ya

This mobile have a special design , his features are diverses , but the display is too little and the camera is not very good . However this mobile is very good and enough cheap. Sony Ericsson W300 !

I just got this phone about two days ago and its just about the coolest little phone ever.
its cute and lightweight, the sound quality is really good on the walkman(only wish it had a little more volume). ppl complain about the keypad being bad for textin, but its pretty stylish.
The only major drawback of this phone is the poor (i mean really poor) camera quality. But all in all, youll forget about that when ure bein entertained by the rest of the phone's features.
So for all u ppl out there debatin whether to buy this phone or not like I was, go get it. Its worth every penny and probably more.

i dont agree with you dude............w550 has not the best quality sound ...... quality of w710,z710,w850..... is far superior stereo widening in w550i isnot fine but that device is loud really but w550i....... i dont like that mobile i think one interested in w550i shud go for nokia 3250 or SE W300i
w300i is very cool fone in terms of sound quality it sound very better than k750i,w800i,w810i.......in terms of quality and loudness too

hi people!!! i already had this phone for about a month now and im so happy with it! its cute, handy, has a nice sound quality, cool features! but what i dont like much is the picture quality but still, its not that bad at all... but i really do hope that in this coming year, SE will release its flat fliptop 3g walkman phone... with better picture quality & great sound or maybe i hope they'll make it the best among the rest! if they do... well... im goin to be the first one to buy it!!! SE rocks!!!
