I have had this phone for 8 month and the speakers are fine,the camera sucks, but other than that the phone is good

Yes, it is true. The main speaker (the louder one) will stop functioning. My sister bought one and it stopped working after 3 weeks. HOWEVER (that's a big however), it's very easy to solve. I took the phone to someone I know, and he fixed in like 3 or 5 minutes. He told me it's common with this phone, but it is extremely easy to fix.
This quick-fix problem is not a big deal. She told me she would still buy even if she knew about this simples problem (because it's easy to fix). It's still a great phone, I believe... very good.

I have had my Sony Ericsson w380 for about three months, and I have found no problems with the phone. I have dropped it at least four times and it still works like new. Although the speaker does wear out after only 8 months, I believe that this is a fairly good phone. This phone is not for somebody who likes to listen to music a lot on their phone; they will find themselves replacing the phone after only a few months.

This phone lasts for about 1 year.. it is a good phone though. good batery, good sound( not as I expected), good camera. But it keeps on shutting down..I have to restart it, the screen often goes black..

I got this phone 4 months ago and it works well, but it's a pity that it doesn't have a video record and when we put on bigger sound it will like going to burst. It is grey color and it fits on me very much. I love this phone anyway....

unique feature of w380 is when u slide ur finger on the small lens near camera lens mobile switches to silent mode

In my opinion is very good I recommanded to buy this phone for that things
Very good quality of sound
Good disign
or many other good options
The probem on the phone is that he doesent have vide recorder and the sound get destroyed for 8-9 mounths as a result you must spent to service and solve the problem
In conclusion I can say that is very confortable phone and very sweety

i bought this unit last april, its worth is 7800php. i also disappointed that this phone has no video, its has no signal in indoors. its really a pain in everyday of using it, so try another unit guys. not this one.

I bougth last year this model but after several months of using it I experience more problems in my unit and its giving more head ache. many times I went to service center they telling more allibies "like the product is not avialable in the market, they dont have spare parts, and blah blah blah......Bad performance nad bad service at all. I'm waiting for about 4 months and expecting that they can find solution.

this phone really sucks!!!!the battery port doesn't work well.The speaker isn't good.The external look's good but the internal operations of d phone are of no use.On the whole,its a mere waste purchasing this.And Thnx to Sony for stopping this awful product.

I regret buying this phone. The key pad is awful, the phone it self went dead a few time on me and I had to restarted by removing out the battery then placing it back again. The screen feature is not very clear specialy in the day light and the worst, as a flip it is not easy to open, I almost dropped it a few time. No!! I will not buy again

I bought this phone on December 19 2008. at first I was excited but it then started to stick..and in june it just stop working. I could not hear when ppl where speakin to me and then it stop chargin..dont buy this phone take my advice….i now have a n95
