This phone is very pretty. However the screen on the outside went crazy after a month and the words were garbled. Awhile after that started it just went blank. Then the speaker stopped working so you cant use the speaker phone or listen to music out loud. Then the buttons kept getting stuck so you have to push them very hard. Then the music on the mp3 player wouldn't work, saying ERROR. The gesture control is a joke. Doesn't work half the time. On top of all that it freezes alot and the screen can go black. All in all this phone does not last too long.

It´s crap... I work sellin them and they go to Rapairment every 2 weeks.-

i did not trust the coments here so i bought it and this was my mistake- 8 months later the sound is gone, the camera is not working and from yesterday the damned thing is turning itself off 2 seconds after i thurned on. i am sending it to repairment for a second time and i am thinking about geting a diferent one. so just don`t buy it.

This phone is not very strong. i had it for about five months and then it stopped vibrating. The sensor then stopped working and now the screen has gone blank. I am very disappointed in this phone as I thought it would be a strong phone and I now have to go back to my Motorola phone. It really sucks.

Horrible phone. Loved the design, but after 2 weeks, the external screen stopped working. After a month, the vibrating alert would sometimes stop working. Now, the ringing alert also sometimes will not work. All of this means that when someone calls you, you WON'T EVEN GET A HINT!!!
(The gesture control is just a gimmick. Sounds nice, but is inconvenient. Plus, you'll look crazy in public.)

i love this phone the first time bought it.. and now ive been using it for like 9 months now. and this fone is a disaster! im having a hard time looking for the "NEW MESSAGE" because sometimes the new message is at the end or at the bottom of the INBOX. usually the first message comes up first. right? but in my phone's case.. its the opposite. same goes to my SENT ITEMS. and i cant transfer my pics directly to the computer. wonder whats the problem.. and sometimes the music player is weird. i downloaded some songs et a cant play them!and the color of the circle keypad is silver but now its white! =((

This Model Is very Good and user friendly,Bcause it has Radio,Bluetooth,camera,Memory up to 4GB...Nice....
And good sound quality also.Buit you have to be care of it.If you are a 'rough'user you cannot User any device More....

i bought this phone in oct 08, i loved this phone a lot it has great features the best buy at the time, however, it has alot of faults, i got 3 different types of w380 and they all have faults that time life span with this phone was not long... Im back with my old nokia from 4 yrs ago
