how can I erase the operator logo ( Orange) from my SE w380?it's paint but and i need something not to ruined the phone surface.pls,anyone??

hei .. i lovee this phonee but everyone say that isnt good ..and..on and on...but i wanna buy it ... because. its for girls.. and had a lot of things on it please tell me :( i so sad about this

this fone is sou cool..but have a more problems..
sound is not good...
the keyboard is complicated...
and assistence is a shit..
in brazil i have call for callcenter..his send me one tick for postman and before 3 months the fone return broken...
sonyericcson dont by this phone...

I think the phone was a good idea but you can tell that they are not done working out the kinks. My mom got one of these and within a week I got one for myself.
After 2 weeks of my mom having it her screen no longer worked. With that I knew to get rid of mine when it was still worth something.
Also the clock/ notification of who is talking is nearly impossible to see if it is light out.

The volume of my phone got messed up. I just noticed it yesterday, i can hardly hear the song i'm listening to even though the volume is at its loudest level. Can anybody help me with this?

i'm realy intrested on having this phone as my second phone.. i'm a nokia user so this should be my first tryal for SE.. realy need to know about this phone.. is it realy bad in reaciever?? someone let me know about the problem(someone from MY expetialy).. is it realy happen?? or give me a sugestion of any other W-series that i can get at about RM500..

i can't use the gesture control.it's on, light's up when someone call but when i wave the hand into the light...nothing...i mean NOTHING.

uh no offense dude but common quick common sense, the phone provider is orange so DUH it would say orange... walkman would only appear if you get the phone directly from sony ericsson...

I'm having minor problems with the Walkman but it's no big deal because there are ways to get around it and it's still functioning pretty well. It takes a bit of time to get used to the keypads especially if you were using a Nokia phone prior to this but trust me, you'll get used to it and pretty soon, it won't be a bother anymore.
These are what I like about it:
1. Exterior. It's definitely a girl's dream phone.
2. Touch pad for Walkman on the cover.
3. Lock/unlock key button.
4. Really cheap for a walkman phone. I got it for about $120 and that's cheap for any camera phone that's half decent.
5. Burst function in Camera. This is the sequence shots. It's fun to play around with it.
6. It charges when you plug in the USB to the PC.
7. Megabass. However, it's only predominant when you use the headset.
The signal is not bad at all from where I'm at. Maybe it depends on your network or something.
Tip: If you're going to buy any SE phone, it would be best if you buy directly from SE. Most of the warranties provided by other sellers are service warranties. That means that if a part needs replacement, you'll have to pay for the part. Or you can ask for the type of warranty they are providing before buying it. Sony Ericsson warranties are the best because even though the phones are dependable, it's a pain in the a$$ to try to get fixed if there's something majorly wrong with it if you don't have an SE warranty.

i bought a w380 2 days ago and it's from Orange.My only question is: why at the bottom doesn't write walkman like in pictures?Mine has only orange logo...and it's kinda sucks.Does anyone can tell if if there is a version with "walkman"write at the botton?10x

well my sis is usin this fone and shes really happy about that and its good for music lovers and other features that make it prominint is gesture control and the touch sensitive buttons.. and i suggest it to da people who want a good phone in low price

I work for a service provider and must i say i hate selling this phone to a customer. I always tell them to choose a different phone from our selection because they're going to be dissappointed/ regretful in a month.
There is a 1 year warranty but the warranty issues on this phone are brutal. the front display always craps out and other misc things happen to this phone.
we cant even keep up with all the warranty issues. We have a freaking huge list for people to wait to exchange there for under warranty.
Brutal phone imo.
