Phone is O.K. but it has big disadvantage that we can not save messages in Phone memory and in memory card.

W395 must be better.
Both have the same design and same UI. So the limitations in the UI and software must be same for both. W395 has the advantage of much better music player and speakers. And the looks also slightly better.
W395 is music oriented. F305 is game oriented. F305 has preset MOTION games. W395 claims to have the motion sensor but no motion games are preloaded. F305 has 3 dedicated keys for gaming- one of which replaces the W-walkman-key of W395. Other gaming keys in f305 are the "X" and "O" around the earpiece- these are for motion games.
W395 seems to have better java support also. So, UNLESS you are particularly interested in MOTION GAMES, go for W395.

...while saving a contact, skip the 'last name' field and enter the whole name in the 'first name' field. For example, if you enter "Rock Kevin" as first name, it will show 'Rock Kevin' while call comes in.

I just bought the phone a few days ago and i'm very satisfied with it. There are a few annoying firmware based bugs here and there, but nothing that can't be overlooked. An example of this would be that names entered int eh phone book would show up just fine in the contact list, but when that person calls or sends a message their name comes up in reverse (Rock Kevin instead of Kevin Rock).
The keypad could take some getting used to, but it's not really frustrating to use - a little more definition between the keys would have been nice.
All in all, I would say it's a very good phone for the price and I would encourage anyone who's in need of a sleek music player with decent cam to pick this one up.

I have taken my fone to Nasua Mobile this morning to get a firmware update,but it still doesn't work.I tried everything but can't find the solution. i like this phone it is better than the one i have i am looking for a new phone and i think i might have found one thank you for helping me i just dont know where to fined the price and does it have bluetooth

My son uses this phone. He is complaining about Mxit, cannot use it for longer than 1 minute, it stalls after that. Can somebody please advise if we need to change settings or what else?????

I bought this W395 (black color). It has sleek and stylish design.I am very satisfied with this cell phone as it captures good qualities pictures. However, it has no optical zoom and couldn't view the photos properly(unless u viewed it through camera). It has double speaker which really amazed me as I really need this cell phone to ring loudly and clearly when I am at crowded places. Sadly, it doesn't support other themes. It also could not save a lot of messages (below 50msgs). Its battery life is quite weak. It can only stand for a day or two. For heavy sms-er, the keypads aren't that comfortable to press. It's quite lag-gy at times. So far this cell phone is much more suitable for normal user. =)

worst mobile . not worth for money . i used only for a month. more hanging problem.very slow .....if any one want to buy just change you idea.

I used 1 month W395, current lowest price in Chennai Rs.6900/- but this mobile not worth for it.Only Music Quality excellent, picture quality worst.very slow when we access camera album.Ear phone set not comfortable.

friends, all who love walkman phone
the w395 phone has a great look
the screen is spectacular, i tested it with a jbench screen tester, it is great for mp4(176x220,176x144)videos
the stereo speakers are amazing they sound like my sharp stereo systen just without the booming bass
the headset it come with is of better quality than what i got with my W200.
the 2mp camera is decent enough but kind of slow, you get blurred images if the object is moving
the video(compared to the w200) is kind of disapointing and worst in dim light( although more light is resgistered at night with the w395)
in file manager pictures cannot landscape which is disapointing, which i had expected being just released, also u cannot edit the images in it.
video playback can be on fullscreen
theme option are limited, it is built into the phone and can only be changed at display settings
when i got the phone i noticed my things that kinda piss me off
the walkman media player 2 is good but the BASS## option when selected only plays for the current song only, when the next song comes the it sound like its normal but the BASS## icon is still showing. the only way to fix this is to go back to the equalizer move to flat option and then back to BASS## to get it. if u liked the megabass option on your walkman phone and contemplating to buy this one, DON'T, u'll be constantly going back to the equalizer to change. but if u create a manual eualizer scheme it will stay on that scheme but u would not get the sound quality of the BASS## which is extremely good.
another thing is that the phone is alternating between normal precessing speed to slow. going through the mem card esp if the mem is big 2GB an over takes some time esp if the phone mem is close to full. I suggest using a 2GB neatly organise the media and ensure the phone mem is as clear as possible, save pics to mem card
thirdly i expected a longer life than my W200 from it since it has a bigger battery, i was wrong it last about a day on normal use and about two days if u use it to only chech time my w200 lasted about 2 days on normal use, including listenting to music.
fourtly being a quad band it has trouble finding service, some of my calls drops before i hear a ring
and if you have thisphone already the back is more scratch resistant than the front
