i also have that experienced,and after that i change it's firmware...and now....no more white screen....

i got dis fone abt 5 months ago n its workin really really well. i thimk dis is the best fone i ever used.superb sounds n I love this fone so far i didnt get any errors or problems with this so i can say if u use the fone nicely u wont have anything to complain about theres nothing wrong with the fone its excellent!!

i hv bought dis phone just today , its an awsome handset i was very confused vich cell shuld go 4 nokia3230 or dis w550i nd i made d right choice it has all d features 256mb internal memory, 1.3megapixel camera , radio walkman nd its price in delhi is RS9800 , its a real guddie

i got this fone 3 months ago and after downloading some songs i still had 50MB left of memory then the fone starts to hang often then when i was about to delete some songs the fone got corrupted and i had it fix again it did the same thing so i had no choice but to sell it... very disapointed with this fone.. very disapointed... =(

i got this phone 1 month back, its very nice
, sound quality is excellent in both handsfree mode and in stereo speakers, but after some time ull realise 256mb built in memory is very less, if memory upgrade was possible wit this set this set would have been the unbeatable set,

the time you connect ur fone wid pc just put the disc in the computer i mean the cd that you got wid the fone... and yes may be the time when you connect the fone pc again it may ask for few installations so do put your fone's cd in ur pc and get it connected...
