can someone please explain me about the PANORAMA shot? i saw it in this mobile's review and it was quite stunning.

All the user-available memory is at hand for storing received messages. ( well that proves that this baby can handle a good amount of sms :) ) and my phone is about 1 week old and i m using it continuously !

buddy my phone is doing great and they keys are perfectly fi9 with me i havent fund any hanging problem or somthing like that although i had filled the whole memory card of 512 with sstuff still my phone was doing great and it was working like new ! so guys its not that bad phone as ppl are saying it to be !

i don't know.... i really like the 580... but im starting to have second thoughts about it now b/c of the complains on the keypad. i kinda want to see how serious or noticeable the cracks are first before i start judging.. =S but to those who already own the phone and are having the keypad problem, please tell us how long u've had the phone, and maybe if u keep it in ur pocket most of the time.. >.> or tell us what u think might be causing the problem...

hey guys just don't worry about the storage space for messages. it will save as many messages as free space is available. so it can go beyond 1500 or even 2000 which i think is more than enough.

does the camera have MACRO mode and how do u get the keypad to crack? pressed the keys too hard? play too roughly? plz tell

orh yah.. did u guys know tht w580i in singapore comes with a pair of speakers? dunno abt rest of the world tough..

why dont you mention that the motion sensor also allows you to randomise tracks by holding down the walkman key and shaking the phone it picks a track at random for you to listen to

ERR im getting this phone and im pretty worried since everyone is complaining about it. is the keypad most likely going to crack on me? =/ and if so what am i suppose to do about it =/ =/

i have crossed 700+ sms and still no prompt about sms limit crossed ! cheers 1st SE to store upto 700+ i dont know how far will it go but will surely let you guys know about it !

Too much positive review... I have this phone for a three weeks and four keys are already cracked. Slider is loosy, and navigation keys are too tight. And also I was disappointed with plastic quality, too cheap.
All in all, I returned it due problem with keys and I think that Samsung U600 is so much better opinion with lower price. It is very solid built, great design and materials, and awesome camera compared to W580 terrible one. Also U600 sound quality is way better than this walkman one. Are you still think that SE is better in music than others? Walkmanis just a marketing gimmick for youth, I realized this when tried samsung sound quality with dedicated sound chip from bang&polufsen.
I don't understand how SE can price this handset so high while Samsung has so much nicer phones like U600.
I think W580 will flop with so unproven high price, hope SE will realize their mistakes, otherwise Samsung will beat SE all the time like they already did with G600 5ive megapixel phone which photo quality is already better than K850 quality.

The Pic show S500 keypad wif crack at 1 and 3 keys in the middle. almost same as S580 keypad problem.
