i have used this phone for about 6 month. two thing which made me disappointed with this phone were:
1. Keypad/button broke
2. Phone didn't read memory card (have to take it out and insert it again)
so, if u text more then stay away from this phone and also keep in mind the memory card issue..

Hi, Anyone remember AgedTenPhoneuva, well that's me. I have had this phone for a year and the buttons have not yet cracked. I still have this phone and the buttons are going strong. The W580i is best at handling music as you can mess around with the speaker to modify the souns of the song. I would still rate this phone 10/10 without at doubt. Definitely buy this. I have asked many people about it and they all wish they still had theirs. I'l report back in another year or so.

Anonymous, 21 May 2010i had this phone in 2007, this is the worst phone from SE, ... morethis is the most common problem with this handset and this problem doesnt affect the performance of this phone at all..knowing sony ericsson they have a very good background concerning perpormance..
very good specs for this phone which doesnt cost a fortune as well..

i had this phone in 2007, this is the worst phone from SE, i love SE but this one sucks, all buttons broke in half in a couple of months, had it fixed an they broke again. DONT BUY THIS ONE!!!

i've been using this phone for about 2-2.5 months and im relly satisfied with its performance, its super cool with the sounds!!! but the navigations key's colors fades away fast!!! other than that thre's no prob with it!! and i rell like it!!!! and ma battery stay's for about 1.5 days wen used to the max with walkman, etc....

I used this phone for 2 years, this is exteremely good phone. I dropped it on the cement for many times but it still working. my phone is pink the pink corpse is not good the color is erased, after i changed the corpse it became new again. i really loce trackID recognistion feature. and also when i go to internet it automatically adapted contents into right display. only bad thing is , this phone can not make video call, now i am addicting video call hence i have to change my good phone.

Dont turn on the exercise pace auto detect function. With auto detect turned on, the battery can last for max one day if u are active walking around.
With this auto detect turned off, my phone battery can be used in waiting mode for 3-4 days.

cambonesian, 07 May 2010the only bad thing is through time the charging port starts... morehi. i had already bought the w580i on 15 may 2010.its wonderful.the only bad thing is that the battery dont last long.is it because of spoilage or the phone is like that.can u plse tell me. i bought the urban grey.how about u?wat colour did u buy for ur wife?
