hey anyone noticeing that the phone gets quite warm/hot after a bit of use, more or less being in the area on the top back part???

I live in canada so ive been to Rogers, a GSM booth, and there is also a booth called wirelesswave...they all sell it. As for selling it online, i havent seen it, i tried ebay as well..and i saw nothing=S

@RatedRKO. Aren't there any shops that sell this phone except ebay? Beeing a computer noob, I really don't know how ebay philippines work and we want to see the phone physically before purchasing it. We went to SM North today and we haven't seen this phone in any of the stalls yet. c",)

Just got W580i yesterday and love it. One question - does anyone know how to put album art on the Walkman player. I had M600i and now using its 4GB memory card with music and album art. Music works fine on my W580i, but no album art - any advice please!

I've bought this phone & I guess this phone is quite good
If u r lookin 4 camera quality, 4get about this phone. U better wait 4 K850 which much much much better than this phone's camera.
But if u'r lookin 4 sports & music, this phone can answer ur need. The fitness application is great. The sound of the music is good too.
Un42n8ly, the battery's power is not so great but just OK.
The design is slim & stylish. The shake control is great but if u'r a little bit patient, mayb u can buy W910 which has more features instead of shake control.
Well, overall SE has given a good phone but I can't say great because it can't support 3G & the keypad is a little bit annoying if u'r not b careful.
If u don't need 3G, u can buy this phone.
Well, it's all up 2 u!

i work i n a phoneshop in the uk this phone is ace really good build and packed full of features that weve come to expect from sony...its been a very popular phone and people seem to love it a definate good buy

Yea..the white one looks kinda common but the BACK n C button are transparent which follows the side light and its cool tho.

K850 will have 5megapixel looks good. this fone is quality with the shake technology which changes trax.....sick!!

Yepp...basically. put sim card and it works. Wow....rogers doing 299!!!!? Thats pretty cheap..cuase i got my s500i at pmall for like 330 and this phone (w580i) should be a higher end model=higher price!!!!

you could convert your files into .wav files, even though it takes a lot of memory space. it still works, and you wouldn't have to unlock / flash the phone.
as well. the keypad is alright, mine did not break yet, and it's been a week. i am also a constant texter. so it should be alright.
i agree, the light effects does go through the white buttons on the w580, which makes it more unique and colourful rather than the other colours. i do believe that rogers only has two colours: the white and the grey, and no black.

hey guys, quick question..wondering if anybody could answer this...i am hearing that rogers has locked the ringtones..meaning if i were to download a song from my computer, i cant use it as a ringtone. Is this true? How can i change it so i can put songs from my comp to my cell and use it as a ringtone????
