actually the moile is great.......... dis is really user frndly n vry uselful..... bt d main prob is dat d keypad cracks easily n it requires replacement soon......... if dis cld ve nt been dere dis phone is really gud ......... i luv my mob................

I had this phone for 2 years and I can say that it works great. You can easily find free ring tones, themes, screen savers and games on internet. Keypad is great!!! It has a lot of interesting stuff in it. I recommend this phone to every girl, especially the white one :)

I also had all the problems specified by the other users. I wasted 13,000 by buying this mobile. I advise all the people not to buy this Sony ericsson W580 mobile.

1. keys crack easily
2. screen cracks easily
3. buttons need replacement really fast
4. cheap housing
other than thos its pretty good. i like the light effect on it and the walkman player

this phone is ausome im using this phone for 7 months...i have changed my keypad twice but still its not proper and and my camera doesnt work properly...

its a very nice phone.....its screen display n resolution is very good as compare to N95.sound quality is awesome.just go for it.

been using this phone for 1 year..i think it has good music player built in..other than that, the built quality is damn terrible! having 'greenish' problem with camera...keypad crack...cheapish plastic..

The keypad is pretty flimsy..and as for the youth, i have changed the keypad twice in 1 year..the spacebar gets cut..

The camera view in my 580 turns green both in the still photo and video mode and looks like the displays you see in night vision devices. I have tried to change the settings of the camera but not results. Anyone else out there facing the same problem? If so how have you overcome it?

guys I've a problem...today turned on its walkman and put the phone into my jean's pocket and when I started to walk tracks suddenly started to change...I guess that's cuz of its "flip" function...does anyone know how to turn on and off this function???

phones socket where we connect to headphone,charger is very bad. in 6 months problem of loose connection was occuring. i sent it for repair. realy socket design should be changed.

Its the best phone you can buy, this phone is very easy to flash and insert patches, have great sound and camera for a old phone, works great just upgrade the phone if you need drivers for it, google it
