The best phone ever! For a not so expensive phone, it's got great features. The camera really works great! Very clear images and many light effects to choose from. The sounds work perfectly! Very loud speakers. I like it's design, very sophisticated and hip.
Now, the common problem I've read are the keypads. Well hate to burst your bubble, my keypads still look and work perfectly! :) I've had this for a long time and not even one key was damaged. You shouldn't use your nails for texting. Use your nails for scratching your back.
I'm happy I've switched to sony ericsson. :) Waaaaay better than Nokia. :)

its a good set which has all the features required for a good mobile....the mobile sound clarity is too good and the head phone music just rocks...awesome bass effect .......the camera is also good... after using it for one year starts the problem with the keypads... one of the left key is not working at all... and the head set cable is giving lot of trouble...i can hear to music on only one side of the head phone... its not the head set problem coz i cheked dat out with other new head sets... the problem is that it dosent fix properly inside the mobile......overall its a good set....looks of the mobile is tooo good.....so guys think twice before u buy this set....i shared my experience....

The phone has a variety of glitches.
The phone does have a very plasticy feeling. Everything is fragile, and if you are not careful, you could break it in about a week.
The keys are flimsey, and over time they will start to crack and probably cease to work.
The hands-free (or whatever it's called) works well at first, but the phone will struggle to recognized that the application is plugged in.
I've had the phone for about a year and a half, and the screen will start to glitch. It will turn different colors, and work fine but the screen will be distored.
The phone also has a tendency to occasionally just freeze or black out.
The internet browser in very annoying, as you will spend an amount of money paying for internet you phonse has used without even having pressed the button to connect to the internet.
Sometimes the backlight will not go off, i don't know why. But then this happens you just mess with it a little.
The little memory chip you intsert at the top of the phone is also very sesitive, and you will find your self jiggleing the top in attempt to get the phone to recognize that the card is in there slot, so you can play your music.
The battery life is good, and as long as you arn't a big caller, you're ok.
Most people I know with this phone have not been able to keep it very long. I must say, I am getting sick of this phone.
The fetures are very nice, but I dislike how the phone isn't mean to be the phone of a carpenter or a construction worker. It's a very, flimsey phone.
