I have had this phone for about 3 months now. It is awesome! It's the best phone ever, especially for its price range. Plus, I got it for only $50! I like everything about this phone. However, it looks like that my keys are going to fall off because I am a major texter. I am kind of scared. If you are a major texter like me, this phone is not for you. Otherwise, this phone is awesome!

i had the fone for 6 mnths now, i va the black, its a very cool fone,pretty,lovely lite effect but the keys are cracking my ash key is gone.but really its a cool fone

i'm back... now, i have this phone about 2 1/2 month.
its still perfect for me.. no keypad cracked, the speaker loud, no prob with connection. the only problem is in the screen. because its the real screen of phone, and didn't have protection of screen likes the other SE phone (they protect the screen with glass or etc). because that, my screen have a little scratch . but no prob at all..
and i want to ask others who the keypad are cracks.. what material it use ??? i think it wont crack, because mine is using material like rubber. for add, I'm using W580 gray color and i buy it on August 08.

but got ppl said tat the ne... morehi, i have got this phone for 2 months, my fon is white colour, the music quality is great compared to Nokia or Moto, 2mp pic quality surprisingly fantastic, its sharp, battery life so so, as i ard 2 days with 30 mins talk, 10 sms, 20 mins music, 20 pics taken. oh, it support 4G M2 card too :)
However, the silver coating at the centre button tents to peel off or fade after used. the keypad also feels like cracked with crack crack. . . sound lol, its a fun n best music fon i can say butttttttt the key pads are sucks! Another great product from Sony mobile, lol
So as long u have warranty u can always make a trip to Service centre, bang bang the table or make some noise to get it change FOC, hopefully. hahaha

I am using ... morewalau u really cb, u used it for 7 months d den blame it lao ya, wat the hell, maybe u have drop it many times and now LCD crashed or ur poor fon had been water damaged d tats y cannot detect on the PC. wake up la, handle it with care at least it can last u a donkey years, lol

this phone rocks 2 b honest....
in the 10000 range this phone is appropriate
it supports all kind of softwares
superb sound quality compared to nokia
2mp camera but amazing picture n video quality

But if that's not the problem, then you'd probably have to send it in to their service department.

this phone is the best its works better than dat w380 an d900 is d boss....love it an d way better than d coral 300..... buy one nw it worth d money..... $1899.00 TT

A good handset, i got it 4 month before and it is working nice..some time the software behaves abnormal but rest is fine and good value for money..

Hi Folks,
This Phone is Not that good. I am using this for the last 7 months. Didn't have a fault till recently. My Display Totally CRASHED and it doesn't detect on my Laptop. Even if it Detected it doesn't allow me to straightly copy & paste my contacts only SYNC. I went through a very tuff time since i had lost all my contacts. I had to Spend a lot to get a new display and Still its Not working Good.
Its a Piece of CRAP.

it's cool actually!
It rather looks like S500 but i think keypad is not that bad.
To be honest, W550i would have louder speaker!
But consider that, would you just buy w550i(low level resolutions) because of loudness? Or would you pay more for latest models ?
I think , it's the best to get this phone in this price range!

I have a question concerning the 2 D-shape buttons (the holds the clear and back buttons) on either side of the large centre navigation button: Is the whole button supposed to stick out, or does it taper inward so that the edge closest to the centre is almost flush with the surface? On mine they taper inward, and I find the clicking action of those buttons a bit sloppy, and I wondering if there is a defect with the way the buttons are installed.

I have had this phone for a little over 5 months, and my keys have started to crack. My menu buttons have also come loose and a little piece of plastic that held the buttons in place have cracked. The phone has been awesome up until this point. I feel like it has just let me down. Everything seems to be going on it all at the same time. For a company that usually makes an awesome product, they really didn't spend much time making this phone up to their usual standards.

Does anyone have this problem like me? The back and the top of the around buttons doesn't work sometimes. It has been like that for two days already. I don't know what to do with it. How can I fix it?
