i,m a seller of a mobile phones and this type i,m not recomending to any one the last month whe had purchased a 15 of them but 8 where returned for service

I*ve had this phone from Carphone since May 2008, and so far very pleased with it.music player is great, and sound quality first class. also battery life is good (I only use for about 1 hour per day).
One drawback is camera does not have autofocus, so no good for close ups. I get round that by using SE 810 , and then bluetooth to 580, which has better screen definition. shake control is stupid, why did SE bring that in ? Altogether phone has 7 /10. rob in uk

rubbish phone i sell them and have returned loads so i just dont recommend them anymore

Have this phone myself and we sell it in work. Good little phone but most people tend to have problems with it, including myself. The W910i has similar specs but seems more robust and has a bigger screen.

its ok great at first but after a while my walkman and music player went crackly so i couldnt use it and charger and phone overheat when charging so i can only charge it for 5 minutes

hahahah when u play a music video on this phone the song doesn't match with the video. It looks really funny.......

just buy this phone 3 days ago... w580i grey color (coolest among other colors). so far, its a great phones. no regret at all (yet)

Its true that the keypad does crack. Got this phone since May. Hardly use it. Just now i noticed a crack on the number 2 button. Thought it would never happen to me. How could it be.

Unfortunatelly the "Key Cracking" issue is still present.
Had this phone for 4 days now and the key "5" cracked in 2.
I did play a bit too much on it :-)

If u dun mind about the lack of 3G, then its okey. Main good features: Screen very sharp & large(2 Inch), supports Motion fitness application, supports disco light illumination which is something different from other models. Battery life is good. Built in memory very little but support M2 up to 2GB. Most of the retail package include 512MB M2. I'm not sure whether its included in your area. Nothing else 2 comment about....
