Absolutely sucks....sometimes it takes 2 mins to get the contacts list. The buttons are absolutely terrible. I often mess up the control buttons because they are so tight together. Also the numeric keypad is for children because I broke 4 of the keypads already. The operating system is also a pretty hard to use. Try transfering a photo and see how hard it is. The only good thing is batter life....it may be small but it sure isnt confortable to talk.

W 580.THe WorSt fHn i ever seen,my memory card stuck,shake control- not working,display-blank,volume control-not working,keypads-jamed.AND i got rid by this phone for after just 4 months for Rs-1000.

I am very disappointed with this phone. The outer covering began to peel off right aroung the battery location, indicating to me the battery over heated, but was told I propably dropped it in something wet. I know I did not, and then the phone just started shutting off, again, I was told I created this problem and if I pay $119.00, they'll ship me a new one, I think not if this is the support I'll receive for owning it, I'll go somewhere else.

the phon is good but the number panel is worst. i got my phon 3 months back and now my number panel is broken. i told the service center about my pblm, they told me that it usually happens they can only replace it,.......... thatis every 3 months????????????

i like this phone., i already had this for a year and a half and it is great.., nothing's broken or cracked.. it's not like what others put on their comments that it easily breaks or what so ever.... because it depends on the user if it will stay long..ü

WOW! This phone can be the worst phone anyone
could probably get. Don't be fooled by its
stylish appearance coz it also faded as the
goes pass. I, myself have read opinions
regarding this phone here at GSM but unfortunately, I didn't listen. And bad for me
I'll be stuck with this phone for a while since its been like only a month when I bought this.
And I regret that I bought this phone... I couldn't even use the space button now..
I want new phone so bad...

I used it for 20days..then there was display problem ..repaired it but again same problem ...memory stick also not working..what can i do?if there is a chance to sell

I have one, and it's a good phone. Thought you should buy a case for one..When you drop it sometimes the keys get little cracks in them. They still work, but it's kind of annoying. I'm not sure about the other phones, but mine is kinda slow. When i first got it, it was fast..But probably since I dropped it so much. It's slowing down. Another con is, you can't put music on it UNLESS you buy a 30 dollar memory card. I think it should of came with.

I had this phone for about 6 months. Everything seemed alright, but pretty soon by the 6th month my buttons cracked one by one (but that was my fault for txting so much lol ... but they DO crack eventually), then the camera stopped working..like i couldn't even run the application in the end, the upper left button and the up button wouldn't work (believe me it was SO frustrating trying to go back one screen =_=)...yea...i was so fed up i just threw it away and used one of my brother's old phones...>.>

Have had this phone for 1 month and am really happy with it. I believe the camera is fantastic the design and speed of use of phone compared to my former w910i is brilliant. Unfortunately the button have all cracked. Is there a way of me stopping this from happening?? If so please help. Also where is the best place to have it repaired and roughly how much does this cost.

Heey
I bought the W580 in red last week and found that the battery life to be quite poor. The specs say up to 10hrs, or realistically 2-3 days with moderate use. I barely got 1.5 days out of mine- and that's without using the mp3/internet/ & lowering screen intensity. Is there a way to turn off the sidelights (figure it might conserve some batt life). Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem?

I never thought that i would find a phone that suits me. That phone is the bomb, it rocks,it is best for the ladies.
