The keypad is bad.. keeps cracking all the time.. its good for people who dont send any text messages! otherwise its good

W580 is beautiful and easy too use, but this model has small shortage, and this shortage is lack of flash and light

Right now I'm on the phone with my provider about getting this phone replaced. It didn't work right out of the box they sold it to me in and Now It doesn't function at all. Don't buy unless your never going to put it in harms way or drop it. I've dropped mine like maybe 5 times and it's broken, the bttery cover is broken, the slide is wearing paint off already, the cover is easily scratched. my original W810i was a way better phone then this pos I upgraded to. DO NOT BUY. It's not worth the headache of trying to replace.

This phone is rubbish, completly rubbish!
My keys broke after the first month, the camera has disfunchtioned and i cannot play any music!
Please take care with this phone if you do get it, its vvery fragile!

this phone is really good i am in love with it... i got the exact colour they displaying for the phone the only problem i have it four numbers on my key have a small crack in it i text too much despite that is really good take it from me

phone is great but after 2 months one key cracked, and another month passed and ANOTHER key freaking cracked.

dis is a fab fone i have this fone in pink and i luv the way the side light up its very stylish great size not to heavy and i recomend to everyone if your going to get a phone get a sony ericsson !

Look people of the world. i brought this phone when it first came out and hav ad no problems with it at al. I txt everyday atleast and none of the keys have cracked. recommended buy.

dis fne is good but the buttons crack if u txt tooo much think twice before buying this phone

this is an amazin fone. i've had it 6 months in black and no problems and i txt quite a lot. The walkman is brilliant aswell. definately 10/10

the one thing i didn't mention in the video review is the keypad, which hasn't broken since i first got it in november 07. granted, i don't text very much.

I bought this phone when it first came out and its excellent. its stil intact . No keys have broken as many of the reviews say they would. I did drop it once but a very minor scratch and no faults have accured!
It's got a great themes and wallpapers and such a fantastic camera and battery life is fantastic! I love the lights when you recieve a call . you can change the colours etc.
Definately 10 / 10!
I would recommend this phone to buy. Especially for the younger generation ( teens ) and women / girls . As i would class it as a girlie phone.

the design rocks,its sleek,good sound quality

the fitness function is valuable for runners.this is a track runners mobile phone...mp3 player and pedometer with practice stats.gr8t!i love it
