I have being using the phone for two years without any problem, but since last week it refused to charge the battery, when ever I try to cherge, it shows that 'the battery cannot be charged, you must use Sony Erricsson Battery' I took it to engineers, they flush it, it became normanl, but after two days it go back the same problem, I like the phone, and now Icannot effort to buy another one, please help me

Sony Ericsson you're wonderful. But i've a problem with the phone. Sometimes it reboot itself and it doubles some of the applications and sometimes all.

I have a problem with W595 cell phone 1 month ago the screen turned black and all data disappeared Contacts and all my Text messages , and now I'm facing the same problem all the data suddenly deleted again for the 3rd time .I've tried to make backup from my PC but after I did ... It happened for the 4th time . I don't know if this is a problem with the mobile itself in the hardware or what !??

Fone is good going 2 2 yrs now but I've had 2 change d flex twice also d charging point is very bad n shakes a lot.I think sony should work on a better charging point.

I was playing music the entier day with my phone in the sun and the battery perspierd. now im using a generic which doesnt last that long :-(

Amazing phone.. I have dropped it a million times, but still working fine..No issues so far.. Have been using it since July 2009..Keep introducing such super kool phones Sony..

I have this phone since 1.5 years n yet working properly.
m satisfied with this phone.
it supports high res. mp4 videos which are not support in many smart phones of Nokia.
it has just one problem, which it has not secondary camera for video calling, U have to use main camera for this purpose....
overall this is a greate phone....!!!!

im using this phone since Feb 2009..its kinda okay but i also have the zooming prob, plus its kinda slow and battery is a hell of a prob..
