Thanx but this problem doesn’t resolve here. After pressing the last option ‘>add media’ you will reach to the folders exist in fone memory not in the memory stick folders (music files usually kept in the memory stick due to their large size) so items from memory stick can not be loaded… :(

I found something weird about my W610. There was one night, when i m editting some photos while listening to songs with the WALKMAN player. ( i m using the Walkman theme on that time) Then after i done, the cursor in the menu changed, it changed into some part of my wallpaper( i m not using the wallpaper from the theme) After i reset the theme, it turned back normal. Does this happen to anyone of you ? Or something wrong with my phone ? Or maybe i worry too much...sorry if i am.

@Waquar: I tried. Not only I lost all my data but also it still have that problem. Well, a bit sorry for reseting my fone. Anyway, thank 4 ur help. I 'll bring it to the mobile center at my place. >.

Friends, this mobile though have few negative issues like small keys, no 3G, no document viewer and low profile camera it has a lots and lots and lots of possitive points.
This mobile can be your phone, mp3 player, mp4 player, voice recorder, camera with auto focus( good enough in bright light ), a torch, email and internet tool and organiser.
I have used lots of mobiles old till latest from Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung. Plus PDA phones from Palm, HP and O2. I have never been able to play mp3 6 hours straight and still have about 52% of remaining battery to go even further.
Superb sound quality. And above all just take a note of the price. If is one of the cheapest mobile with so many great features.
Get used to the keys and you will not be able to live without this little friend.

Well it could be a bug aswell as a virus.
Anyway you can try this.
First remove the memory card and then settings>master reset>reset all (your phone will be restarted and you will lose all data of your phone memory)
Your problem may solve.

New problem here: my friend has sent me viruses via bluetooth into my fone. So i scaned it, after that no viruses left but when I connected my fone wit my comp, both the fone & Mcard are empty. But when i checked the fone, It still has songs, pics , play music normally. And when i turn to memory card , it said that no files??? And it sent me back to the menu. Can anione explain it for me and the solutions for it as well ?

If u want to update the firmware, go ahead..
but, u can adjust the camera when u want to use tne cam at poor light condition. camera> setting> scenes> choose twilight.. n setting> white balance> incandescent.. try it...

(In Walkman player play list can be easily made but can’t add any new item in existing playlist. Every time make a new playlist…)
you can add new item in existing playlist.
menu -> walkman -> more -> my music -> playlist -> selected playlist -> more -> add media
if you are listening to that particular playlist when you add the items, then u have to change to other playlist then listen to that playlist again in order to make the items appear in the playlist.

but i think you should really by the k800i it has a similar price. according to my experience, k800i has a 3.2mp, autofocus and 16times zoom (compared to 2.25 zoom). the screen is bigger and walkman or no walk man is no difference. the mp3 player is one of the best in the k series fone. only down point is the xenon lights only goes on when you are taking a picture

im planning to buy this phone. after i browse and reading many comments and suggestion i think w610 is best phone in the budget.
it has 2 MP camera, also with auto focus and lights :).i can't find any SE that can satisfy me with the comparison price to specification like w610 :)

Dear mel,
There is no difference between black, silver and black, orange versions.
I am using the black, silver version because the black, orange version is so common.
Personally i advice you to buy the black, silver version.
