to people who think that the w810 is better than the w610
the slot of the charger and the headsets in the w810 is at the bottom so when u listen to your music on the go the headset disconnects very quickly especailly when u set or move quickly unlike the w610 as the slot is at the left side which is very comfurtable and u wont face this problem at all.
I had both of them but the w610 is better in sound quality, the camera which have new interface and new settings also the size and the thickness beside the colors and the style.

this phone is much brighter than the W800i for example, so i keep it at 80% brightness. i had problems with it at the beginning but it was all solved after i replaced my SIM card. it's an excellent mobile phone and while the buttons may seem strange at first, u get used to them after 1 hour playing around

i bought mine @ Php9,800 at Edgecom shop at SM Tayuman...
in some shops, you will see it at Php11,+++
best buy dude...i was thinking between k810i and this fone...you'll find the difference when you check on the music player..this fone is really a walkman!!! and plus! you will never notice if the pic is taken from a cybershot fone (k810i) (unless it is taken under sunlight...lol)

i don't really like the keypad, hard for fingers :) and for SMS it's not very easy i make mistakes but except this i like it i payed it here in belgium 149 euros (230$)
the quality for music great but i prefer the mega bass from the W950i, more trebles in mega basses mode.

the w610 doesn't have alight sensor and the secreen brightness is very strong and it is brighter than the w810 one. The sound of the speakers is higher than the w810.
the headsets are the same of the w810 with the same quality of pass.

hey I just got mine today
Iam an old walman user I used the W700 W810 w850 and finally the w610
it is fascinating and i really recommend it specially it doesn't have the light sensor for automatic brightness adjustment which really gave me hard times in the W810 and W850
but i guess the camera of the w810 ia better

hey w610 users...
how long does your battery lasts? for example..texting continuously (120 text msgs per day), playing music (ave. of 50 songs per day)...mine only lasts for about 30 hours before it goes on a "low battery"
please advise. thanks.

does the package comes with an external speaker? i saw 1 site that says it includes an external speaker, and another site which says otherwise.
