Can anybody inform how I can view and edit excel pdf word files in this phone. It doesnot have pocket office in it. Or there is any free third party application?

Rob, 04 Dec 2009What a stupid phone dont buy it if you want to use calendar... moredear brother ..... use softwares for calaenders / reminders like others, same as for calaender also available at many free sites...like,,,,,
1-zedge.net, 2-mobimaza.com, 3-esato.com (3rd is very useful for sony ericsson)

Checked with sony software update wont fix the 3sec alarm for calendar reminders

What a stupid phone dont buy it if you want to use calendar reminder. The alarm that you cant change last for 3sec and is so quite you will definitely miss your meeting.

Great phone...bought it in t- mobile has minor issues wiht software but I updated software and works fine...cool phnoe...headphones rock...got also 4 gb M2 card...sonud is great...video playback smooth..camera does its job fine...my personal recommendation...Wi-Fi is speedy...has cool themes...supports flash(can use flash movies for background and screensaver)....BUY if U CAN...

gr8 phone, good looks, sounds cool, excellent features, overall well made & its a sony ericsson, gr8 phone to use everyday features such as wi-fi, 3.2mgpixel camera with flash light/torch, up2 8gb memory, very light weight, small & compact, fits in easy in any pocket & looks cool in ur hand & sounds gr8 with the headfones & i'll will recomend to buy this phone everyone, its a perfect package.

kensou, 30 Nov 2009can i ask?this phone compare to G705 ,which 1 more good, or... moreif want the looks & sounds gr8 then go4 the w705 or if u'll want to use gps then go4 the g705. simply. but thruthfully many pepole went for the w705, but u'll can downlaod gps software on ur w705 @ wwww.getjar.com or just use the tomtom sat nav. but other wise they just both the same, but i've got w705, since now, i've had no problems with it & i'm very happy with it & end of the day its a SONY. lol

i've purchased this phone last month in nov 09, since i'll had it, it gave no problems at-all, wi-fi is gr8, features wise is perfect for every day use & but 1 thing is a let down is the camera using at night, but its not a big deal. lol. bec i'll don't use the camera that much at night, but other wise the 3.2 megapixel camera is fine & very clear picture. slide is good & overall the phone is well made & its a sony-ericsson end of the day.. lol. thanks...

Hi
I have this phone after I own Sony Ericsson K810i, out of ten K810 I can give it 8.5, and W705, I can give it 5. the big problem on W705 is the software, out of 10 when making a conference calling it does not connect it can connect 2 times, some times it freezes, and you have to take out the battery to rest it. unlike other sony ericsson phones, W705 Its painted with gold and it does not last for ever.
Is not the phone to own unless the proccesr and OS is fixed, I will still go for nice phone but sony is my phone

guys guys guys.... y so many coplains !!!! i am a user ov dis phone nd its PERFECT :)) its slide isnt shaky,its batery life is awsome,its camera is fine for a 3.15 mp,its wifi is exellent(i watch vedios on youtube all the time !!),it has alot of space for storing, its sound is so digitalic and elegent,its brightness is cool,its design it fantabilous,it is soo slim,it has variety of facilities and new stuff(NOT boring at all),and much much much more to say....SO AS 4RM MY EXPERIENCE AS A USER, I ADVICE ALL WHO R CONFUSED ND CONCERNED TO JUST GO 4 IT WID OUT EVEN WORRYIN,ITS AN AMAZING MOBILE , i got the passionate red .. it rockssss ^_^
