well...i have jjuss purchased this fone n its wonderful...the image quality and the sound quality is wonderful...the internet speed is also too good....the resolution is too good...infact all the features r mindblowing

Sound quality wise- as both shares the same awesome HPM-77 earphones, I still believe the w705 sounds better on the earphones than the w902.
It's a full 15mm longer & lacks many features of the w705 - esp. WI-FI, dude.
Price wise - w705 has greater value for lesser $$
As a matter of fact, I awaited the w902 enthusiastically for quite a while but abandoned it after finally checking out!!)

daphne, 09 May 2009Hey guys whats,,,up there? Ive currntly hvng a SE T700 mobi... moreCan only comment on the marron/black model, daphne. I believe there is hardly any mass consumer hp in the market which is scratch proof.. The quality of surface coating of the w705 casing & nav buttons appears to be pretty good - almost like the metallic paint of a car. So I'm quite certain it will fare much better than those of earlier SE models ie. w580 - which is a total failure as far as this problem is concerned. The upper part of the casing is like a brushed metal finish & the back is non-slip coating- like the w880 - which is still not scratch proof - only more resistant to scratches.
Light escaping from the nav buttons is minimal but definely much improved than earlier SE models.
Can't comment on the silver model, however.

Hey guys whats,,,up there? Ive currntly hvng a SE T700 mobile, and its a ful silver one, and after a month,, u know the navigation botton n the middle? its fading,,, and i can see now a tiny lights from the keypads... its really annoying,,,!!and the music s bad.earphones bad too... id like to ask, cos im planning to buy w705/silver...s it acratch protected!!? I jus dont want to regret nxtym...ok, post ur opinion, THTANX!!!

Not surprised if many shakes the phone off your palm even with the non-slip back cover. Might as well use the navigation button....
